Sucrase is an enzyme. the questions mentiones the key word DURING benidicts test for reducing sugars you are required to heat strongly, therefore the enzyme would be denatured and hydrolysis wont take place. Therefore HCl is a better option. therefore the answer CANNOT be D

in question 7, why can't sucrase be the answer if it could also break the glycosidic bond in sucrose
