This is my car and I love how it drives, how spaceious it is and how it feels, the only problem is the automatic breaking is sometimes risking my life lol but at the same time when it needed to be used, it really did work (very helpful because i lived in a downtown area where people like to jump off the sidewalk into the road). Another downside was how many recalls it had so fast, I just had to take it to the dealership for the 3rd time in 6 months; the recalls were - the blind spot lights malfunctioned, tire pressure, and something about some side sensors im not even sure.
I have the new sentra s and that waddling stop is the break control that they built in it. They make the peddles easier to push on and they are made to have that weird feeling cuz the breaks are stronger yet sensitive so you can push hard and it will slow down well without having your car force push you forward...the front sensors play a role because you think that you aint gonna stop in time but the sensors slow the car down as well...it takes alot get use to but it is a good car i feel like overall
I drove a new one of these at a recent rental in Vegas (freaking car doesn't even have a plate yet and only have 80 miles in it)..man, punished that car for a full five days, drove it approximately 324 miles, and responded quite splendidly every time I floor it. I'm impressed//
Wow beautiful beast. I love the way they have designed the exterior of this car. The aggressive look on it body is loveable. They have improved it a lot.
Okay I thought I was tripping about the brakes and the tires .. the car is exactly how you’re explaining it .. I like it considering the older Sentras ..
I’m driving this as a rental due to my Kia having its engine replaced and it’s so comfy to drive! I’m looking into purchasing a new car in 3-4 years and this made my list.
I just bought the SV platinum model with the leatherette interior 2 tone color save going from my 2016 S model this thing is a dream. Looks sharp and drives nice. The road noise is based upon the road conditions. Some roads i barely get any noise. As far as the brakes go i get the same feeling but to me is more of a smooth type of stop and not a typical feel. I've quite adapted to the stopping. The acceleration does seem a little sluggish compare compared to the 2016 but does move. Great sound system and handling. I'm quite pleased with it and its just fun to drive
I stand behind the SL or the Platinum trims. I have an SL for five years problem-free and getting ready to buy a new one. Not cause I need one but because I want something NEW. The Seats 💺 are amazing. Maybe that very basic trim doesn’t have the amazing seats. I wish Nissan made these zero gravity seats as chairs for my living room and another version as a bed (so incredibly comfortable). Do hope they make ventilated seats 💺 next year.

@@Kev_inn_ hey thanks for this. I agree with you and I think the Mazda 3 Hatchback would be an amazing choice. I’ve had 3 other Mazda’s and one was a 3 sedan I had for 3 years. I’m 23 btw so I don’t want to spend over $35k and preferably under $30k but I want the turbo and those are getting up there.
I have a 2020 SV trim. It is economic, quite quick, and stylish. It is more attractive than other competitors. Its interior is really nice. I recommend it 😊
Nope. The Altima's seats are narrower, and definitely too narrow for my liking. The seat is also not quite as deep, lacking support for long legs. Believe it or not I like the new Sentra's seats better.

I bought the 2021 Nissan Sentra SR with premium package this past January 2021. Great car except for the horrible paint job. It looked great a few months ago, but it has so many tiny scratches and a hand full of paint chips it spoils my initial feeling about the car. I never owned a car that had its paint/clearcoat made so inferior and cheap. It really is disappointing that a brand new car in a matter of months looks like crap.
@@Neesha242 I've had it for about 6 months and it drives very nicely and is extremely comfortable. im not a big fan of the big grill up front, and I'm not picking with just Nissan as Honda and Toyota have big grills as well. but I will say the rest of the car does look nice, and the interior on the inside is pretty nice. I just don't get why car companies these days have to make huge grills up front lol.

This car with a 6 speed manual, would get 40 plus mpg because people who prefer manual transmissions always hyper mile especially down hills. It's sad that the epa doesn't understand this and can't drive
Seats are okay, also the way this car is optioned is odd. You can get the SV with leather seats, but the SR only with only leatherette seats. An SV can also be had with a heated steering and front seats without having to get the premium package, but on the SR there cannot be done. In reality the SV would be the better choice if it had LED headlights.
