Saw this opening night at 9 years old. My mother's birthday June 20th. Perfect movie.
I was 7 years old when I see this in 1975. I loved it. I remember going home and drawing pictures of the scenes.
Hope you feel lucky about it. This movie is decades older than me and as much as it still remains an absolute classic to this day, it would've been fantastic to watch it with fresh audiences
I was a kid myself when I saw this at the drive-in just a few miles away from where the movie was filmed. I didn't go swimming for the rest of the summer.
They just witnessed Quint get eaten by a shark. They do all look a little spooked.
The head popping out of the boat always gets them.
I wish there were more and better interviews, but this was still a cool flashback....
Those people are well into the 70's fashion.
Too young to see it when it first came out. Saw it on TV in 1981. Finally saw it on the big screen in 2022 in a 3D version, which actually works. It makes you feel like you're on the ocean with them. Wonderful movie

That kid @0:30 looks like he wouldn’t sleep for weeks after seeing this movie, look at his eyes and his face, poor guy.
I'm glad even the children there were fine with their parents around. And to think they'll all be grown up now, still remembering their experience.

the video shows 'only one person was ready for a smoke (leaving the show) and NO one had any popcorn or pop with them they must have all drank their pop and ate/threw their popcorn usually there is some Body with leftovers in their hands thanks for the recall of 1975 i was there but i when i went i took the leftovers home
