This thing absolutely needs bulletproof glass in it. And I would try and make it look as evil as like a rat rod and if you don't make it like that you should do like a candy green with some gold spoke rims

572 chevy with 2 turbos!!! 4x4, sun roof with latter with railing, so you can use the whole top, so you can BB-Q. Also 5200 gen on top, 2 -50 gal fuel,1- 50 gal water, Freg. ect 3 a/c 2 on top 1 Front . locker's and air ride, and air ride seats, use Lounge chair's. Also sat for T/V Phone OK?
You will find that the old 20 inch split rims need to be replaced with 19.5 wheels and modern tubeless tires. You may not find any 20 inch tires and tubes to replace your with and getting a shop to mount them on split rims is a thing of the past. A Chevy P30 motorhome chassis may have wheels that will work for you.
Make the bus into a mobile kitchen/shooting range. Name it: Eating bullets! or Shoot me food! It would be nice to see the restoration step by step. Thanks Edwin and Gasparin for the entertainment 👍🏼👍🏼

All honesty I would buy the bus off of you just the way it is right now because I know more about this bus than anything because it's no different than my 1953 GMC dump truck and the motor will be a 302
Noticed how you cut the part out where the chassis bent, probably should close the door for brake release oh and if you honestly plan on restoration, could've started by taking the wheels off. New tires probably would've been more than what you spent on the whole bus 😉
I would paint it whatever the original color was. And if the color it is now is the original, ide leave it alone and just take care of the rust and body work, shine it up, sand some parts down and give it a clear coat. Keep it looking vintage and old maybe, and save money. Ide use all original colors on it like white wheels, and original parts if you could. I dont think ide even redo the original writing on it, ide just preserve it as is.
Make it a mobile comand center- kitchen-camper so you can cook and go shoot in remote locations...and yes, yellow is the colour of course big fellow, to keep it mellow
Not very many of those buses left. It’s in very good condition, please treat it with respect and not destroy it. It should be preserved as best as possible.
the fenders can pull out and fix them very easily and then you can check for rust damage there then chasey also make you look at other place on the school bus .
i guess it would be expensive to rebuild this because of rust and lack of interior and the paint isn't the best and wheels i don't think its a good idea and yes the engine too

Best thing you can do with that engine is take it out and scrap it. You need to do a restomod out of this bus. Drop a much newer engine in it.

I do bodywork and paint for over 30 years and this bus is very clean
i guess it would be expensive to rebuild this because of rust and lack of interior and the paint isn't the best and wheels i don't think its a good idea and yes the engine too
