    Does this app work on Apple devices? I cannot locate it on Apps

      Hi Nancy, thank you for your comment. Yes it does, you can find it under BPiQ in the Apple store or you can search Thermor Ltd and you will find two Apps that we produce. We have made several changes to the App including a name update, so BP Tool Box no longer is on the App store. We are in the process of updating our video as well.     This worked for us the first time we set up the account, but periodically the app does not allow a login and returns an error message saying wrong email or password, or internet error. Try again a day or 2 later and it connects again... what causes this? Very frustrating.

      I can see in my Apple updates history that the app was updated April 2. We have been unable to login since then

      We are very sorry the BIOS BP Tool Box app as not been working correctly. We have actually taken it down temporarily for users running an iOS device. We are upgrading the “Forgot Password” system and login protocols. This interruption is only temporary and we expect it to be available again on Wednesday April 10th, 2019.
      Users can continue to monitor their blood pressure as usual. The readings will be stored in the device and the data will upload to the BIOS BP Tool Box app the next time you log in to the app. Users will have to update the app once the upgrades are completed.
      This upgrade will affect models:
      BD245 - Protocol® 7D MII Blood Pressure Monitor
      BD250 / BD352 - Protocol® 7D MII Blood Pressure Monitor

      Deleted and redownloaded the app today to be sure we had the latest. Still get login or password incorrect message.

    Hello, we have deleted the old version, restarted phone and tablet and downloaded the latest version 1.2.8 but still get “network error” when trying to login

      Hello Pam, thank you for the update. We unfortunately are still having issues with the update. One thing gets fixed and it causes another problem. Can you please advise the iOS version you are running?Thank you,BIOS Medical

    App is always saying network error
