Hi Susan, Thank you for leaving a comment on our video. The App actually went through a name change about a year ago. You should be able to find it now under BPiQ on both Google Play store and Itunes. With the pandemic we have not been able to update our current video to reflect this, it is in the works however. Good Morning Mohammed, Thank you for reaching out. The compression pump mimics the natural circulation action of the calf muscle contracting which forces blood upward from the lower leg. Clinical testing has confirmed a significant increase in circulation while wearing the compression. People with swelling and pain in their lower legs will need to wear it 4-6 hours per day or more, depending on the severity of their condition. The device will ultimately reduce swelling and address chronic venous insufficiency, but it will take time. Hi Nancy, thank you for your comment. Yes it does, you can find it under BPiQ in the Apple store or you can search Thermor Ltd and you will find two Apps that we produce. We have made several changes to the App including a name update, so BP Tool Box no longer is on the App store. We are in the process of updating our video as well. Thank you for your comment. We no longer carry or offer service on the BIOS Scooters. Here is a link to our instruction manuals for mobility products, biosmedical.com/pages/mobility-instruction-manuals there is a manual for the 60304 scooter, there maybe something in the manual that can help. I can see in my Apple updates history that the app was updated April 2. We have been unable to login since then

We are very sorry the BIOS BP Tool Box app as not been working correctly. We have actually taken it down temporarily for users running an iOS device. We are upgrading the “Forgot Password” system and login protocols. This interruption is only temporary and we expect it to be available again on Wednesday April 10th, 2019. Users can continue to monitor their blood pressure as usual. The readings will be stored in the device and the data will upload to the BIOS BP Tool Box app the next time you log in to the app. Users will have to update the app once the upgrades are completed. The Customer Service Team can be reached at 1-866-536-2289 Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST. We are closed weekends and holidays. Please have your blood pressure machine with you at the time of your call. We will ask for the model number and run some trouble shooting exercises.
