    Question related to workflow
    s1) What are the catalog you have created, How many catalogs I have created?
    2) XYS client want to create Generic service request catalog with Requestor name, phone , email address, appliation , server and the description, How will you create this in service catalog?
    3) Already created a Service catalog and it went live, it is been deployed into the production, the client saw bug and what will be the next step you will take from your end?
    4) Do you use any releases like monthly releases, what version of service now you are using?
    5) Not migratd to london release?
    6) what difference you see in UI16 and UI 15
    7) Does the impersonate exist in both the UI's, which UI is very fast while impersonating the user?
    8) Have you involved in any kind of migrations or client transactions from one tool to the other tool.
    9) SR, once you creat an SR, the requestor s submiting an SR, in service now what it will create for service catalog, what is the higherearchy of Service catalog request?
    10) What type of integration you are invovled in service now?
    11) Have you created any self serivces, client script?
    12) What is ITIL, difference between ITSM and ITIL?
    13) Have you heard about service delivery? Modules covered in service delivery?
    14) have you Created any email notification? Is it customized in client end?
    15) If you want any enhancment on the service catalog what client will do?

    22) I have two business rule one is before and after , what i did is compied the before rule and paste itin after and deactivated the before business rule, it is not working ?
