In your opinion, did disavow help your ranking? I have a site and someone said i had some toxic links. My site is missing on Google search or hard to find so i have some kind of issue somewhere. I changed my design a little thinking having too many links in the header was the issue. My header eas showing 8 links each for everything in the drop down because of the way it was originally designed.

Disavow doesn't really do much, Google is pretty good these days at detecting bad links and usually just ignores them.
