    Otti, i d recommend a mantra, a positive affirming thought you repeat, as often as necessary. Negative thoughts can overwhelm us and diminish happiness big time! I was bulimic when I was younger and I had a mantra I d repeat until it rid me of my negative mindset. Decades later, it s still my go to when I m anxious or overwhelmed. Other than that i d recommend yoga, which you do AND an animal to love. My cat Sophie made a huge difference, she gave me love, strength and inner happiness. Love and best wishes from the UK. 😊
