Nice list!
Was surprised you read the NPC one as well. I thought it was alright, definitely better than the majority of trash LN adaptations out there. Everything else makes sense, have only read a few of those that I thought ranged from good-great (Insomniacs, Service Wars, Dungeon Meshi, Telework Yotabanashi) but have heard good things about the rest.
I thought Aharen-san was a nice little romcom and it ended in 2023. Nothing else really comes to mind for me though. I've heard really good things about Children of the Whales and I think I did read maybe a volume of that in my local library at some point, but can't really remember much about it honestly.

10th place was kinda rough, NPCs wasn't like great, but it was a decent read and I wasnt sure what else I coulda put. Aharen was solid for sure and I considered it, but I didn't think a story like that could go for 200 chapters, maybe like 50-100 so I just read like 10 and didn't include it. I considered children of the whale too, but at the time I think there was like one volume left untranslated, but the art did look great and its translated now I think.
