I covered a bit of ground today! We have a bit of progress at the house. Drywall got hung. Sneak peek of the cabinets. Recap of the last few weeks. And some Cooking/ ditl for you!
Pumpkin Cream cheese Bars:
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon, & baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 c chocolate chips
Mix first four ingredients then add in the dry ingredients. Pour into 9x13 pan.
then mix:
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
drizzle mixture over batter. use Knife to marbleize .
sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min.
I also added a cream cheese frosting to the top once cooled
