My device by default connects with AAC (HD audio) going through developers option there are more options available too

When I tried to pair the moto buds+ with my Samsung galaxy S24 ultra, it was not connecting. The buds is not appearing in the bluetooth search. I tried to press the button for 2 seconds as per instructions but it's not working. The moment I press light blinks and go off. Please advise what should I do now?
Did ur issue resolved I am also facing same issue
@sauravchaube9822 Yes, resolved. Actually, both earbuds had a protective plastic stick on the contact points to avoid charging while in the case. I didn't notice that, and I was trying to connect. The moment I removed that plastic protection, buds got connected within a second.

@@spra2024 yes, only white light blinks nothing else is happening have initiated for replacement let's see thanks for helping

Go to Motorola website, click on support and click on gadgets or accessories section, you see moto buds product click on that and then there is contact icon click that to share your message
