For your clay pieces, make all the pieces the same thickness. 1/4 inch is good for beginners. Make some slip which is a little clay mixed with water to the consistency of glue. When you see cracks which is caused by the clay shrinking and not drying all at the same time, just smooth in the slip over the cracks with your finger tips to the desired look and let dry. Keep practicing, you did a great job
Thank you so much!!! I have been struggling with using clay and this is so helpful!
That looks amazing
Dollar Tree #6 is beautiful!!! ❤️
Thanks Michelle!
That paint pour technique! I absolutely love how your creation turned out! So want to try this. Thank you!
Thank you so much!
The blue tray. I also like the new dishes together. DOLLAR TREE
My favorite was the painting. This is the first one I really enjoyed. The technique gave it a marble look.
10:00 No, I love your paint pours. It has given me so many ideas. So I thank you.
that paint trick is amazing just love it.....and also the painted vase with the notched paint stripes, gorgeous..
Number 6 is what I loved. I want to try this for myself.
Number 1 was my favorite ❤ definitely want to recreate it.
Thank you!
My favorite is #3 but it might be because I bought several of these pieces to make tiered trays.
Number 7 is stunning and organic looking.
Thank you!
Paint pour technique is gorgeous.
You always explain the steps in your DYI's clearly - even I can follow them, thanks!
Thank you Anne!
I like all of these cute ideas but number 7 is my favorite. Dollar Tree!
#6 was my favorite. Some day I'll try a paint pour. Also that ribbon? I'd use that as a stencil. Place it on whatever you're working on and dab paint all around, but not too much. You don't want it to seep under those lines. Let it dry and take off the lacy ribbon. I haven't done it because I'm not crafty. I just have good ideas and let someone else do the work.
Yes I think the stencil technique could also work great!
Number 6. The painting is spectacular.
Love the pour paint pic with paints from Dollar Tree.
#1 the tray with Dollar Tree blue & white "tile" insert was my fav
I love number 6, love the painting technique.
I love #7, just the simple clay tray! But lots of great ideas.
Thanks Janice!
I loved the paint pour and number 9 with the new ribbon from dollar tree
#1, #5, & #6. They really look wonderful!!
#2 and #3 are my favorites BUT all the projects are beautiful
My favorite is your paint pour painting! #6
DOLLAR TREE. THANKS FOR SHARING SUCH GREAT IDEAS.
That dollar tree ribbon could be used as a sort of texture stencil. Place it in a vase and then “frost” a taped off lower portion with glass frost spray paint. Maybe add some very subtle fine glitter? Gorgeous.
Yes I thought about using it as a stencil as well!
lol, when I clicked on this video I thought "I hope there's no paint pours". Not my thing but you have to love what you do so if that's what you want to do go for it. I do enjoy the dollar tree videos. I do enjoy when you mix colors, that speaks to me, I'm a big believer in paint and the versatility of it
Number 6 was my favorite I'm definitely going to try that. I have this one painting on my wish list that I've been saving up to purchase. But seeing this I believe I will make my own version.
Yes!
I like the butterfly planter. 💖💖🦋

Thank you for watching Robin!
I absolutely love #6
#6 is beautiful!
Loved the paint pour.
I love your Dollar Tree DYI decor. I loved #1. I’m a sucker for cool trays. About #7 that’s something I used to make when I was making pottery and still had my kiln. I’d put leaves on the clay and the kiln would burn off the leaves and leave the full impression. Brought back good memories. Your talented!
Everything is beautiful. Thanks for sharing your ideas. ❤️
I like 1, 6 and that you got everything at Dollar Tree. But you have better luck than I do. No plus section like that within range of us!
I do so love Dollar Tree.
I love paint pours. Dollar Tree 💲🌴
I think the #5 vase turned out really pretty and this def was my favorite paint pour that you’ve done- turned out gorgeous!

#7 is my favorite!
7 was my favorite. It reminded me of one my Mom made for her Mom. She would be 82 years old if she were still here. I do treasure it.
1, 2, 6.... And I tried your pottery barn rope tray hack. Did mine a little different but I love it. I'm going to try one two and six this week as well
Awesome!
8 is my favorite I love butterflies

Still wish we had a DOLLAR TREE plus section! I think no.5 is my favorite. It's probably mostly because it's one that I know I can do and would live in my house decor. I really do like them all though.
More stores are starting to get them!
#6 I like this kind of painting
Love your projects, I will use a few, thanks
#6 - But they were ALL great!!!
#6 Is my favorite 🙂👍
If you use wax paper (grocery store brands work great) instead of craft paper you can see the designs through the paper, slide it around to get what you want, then cut. It's used all the time when cutting out different size sewing patterns. Nice hack.
1.6 and 10! Amazing as usual! I can’t wait to make them!!
Thank you!
I really like your paint pours so please continue.
I love all your diys today. I got DAS air dry clay, and I am going to do a class next Saturday, however the artist showed how use the clay and she put a small amount of water on her finger to help seal any cracks.
Hi Liz I see I won a prize, so I hop I am sending this correctly? Thank you
