It's designed for AX because of its "cold orbiting technique" skills, due to its "tokyo-drifting" style of flight. But for simple PvE it's amazing too, super fun to pilot. Another epic location vid, especially the barrel roll planet clip 👍 Definitely got the Alien vibe with the fleet carrier 👌 ... and a beautiful asteroid field to play in 😃 Just checking out the build ... o7
Unfortunately this time I don't remember the planet/system of the barrel roll. I know it's bookmarked but I can't remember which one. I fact I am thinking of making a video of my fav places and planets in the bubble, but that is going to be big work, and I don't know if I can do it any time soon. I've always wanted to include that Nostromo bit since the carriers came out. Although that FC is not mine, but the location was so perfect that I had to borrow it for the clip. I should have credited the owner but when I thought about it, it was late, and I can't remember the name. So my bad there. Thank God they let me upload the video. I was absolutely convinced that the Top Gun Anthem or the Nostromo's theme would be a problem, but nope. I tried it with a Judas Priest song that was perfect for the action, but nah, that couldn't pass the copyright system. Anyway, thanks for watching! o7
Brilliant Topgun music, Im going to buy the Chief when I get back from Colonia, may do some Fargoids so not sure whether will just dive straight in with that or try some pirate smashing first.
Oh yeah the chief is so much fun at PvE, especially against thargoids (well, it was designed for that), at least in Horizons. Now in Odyssey I don't know because I am stuck on a console. But thanks for the comment!

Looks like a very maneuverable ship! I accidentally got 215 million from scanning plants so i might put together one and learn to fly it with hotas.
It is. It's a very fun ship to pilot. Designed to "drift" a lot, you'll see, to orbit your enemy.

Yeah, some of the ships are really impressive, but the highlight in this game is the simulator aspect and the "realistic" component.
Which has more DPS? Plasma + rails or all rails? Since railguns has no large hardpoints it's be a loss right?

You might have more fun/luck with a mixture of Pulse and Rail. Pulse to drain shields, Rail to fuck up their internals

It's a fleet carrier. You can buy one if you have got enough money, at least 5K millions, and then you have to pay to maintain it.
