Well if you check the history of those accounts, they were all made during the time when she and H were dating, and the only articles the account holder comments on are to do with her. In fact, The Daily Mail won't let people openly comment on articles about her anymore because she doesn't like the negative comments. They know this because she reads the comments and complains and threatens to sue. So now all comments are moderated on her articles, no matter how benign.

I think Mariah understood the assignment/topic but Meghan Markle didn't and it's her podcast! Mariah is making the argument that being a diva is a good thing! But Meghan keeps pushing the definition to the negative. In the end, Mariah is the archetype diva (positive) while Meghan is the stereotype diva (negative).
