The lady in the gorgeous silk saree was dancing at her sister's baby shower and in Indian culture, it is a women only kind of function. Hence the guys were peeking through the kitchen window. The other lady (with the matching outfit of the guy) was actually impersonating him as a filrty bubbly kinda guy. When he finally had had enough he came in with swag and sang about how impressed he was with the women's performance.
Who suggests this lmao? This is a classic lol but you need to be a hardcore Bollywood fan to understand and enjoy the 90s. If you guys wanna suggest old videos to them, why not suggest 2000s videos that they could enjoy like Race, Dhoom, Love Aaj Kal etc etc

Basically they are having a wedding shower for the purple sari’s sister but it’s a ladies only dance party so the guys are watching from the side. The purple sari lady is teasing the guy in the video saying he is a flirt/shameless guy. He watches for a bit and then decided to defend himself. He replies by basically saying he is ready to serve all ladies and that’s it’s a women’s world. The main leads (purple sari/bandana guy) are fell in love after they met through their respective siblings marriage.
The video of the song features the majority of the film's cast at a celebration event where this song is performed. To entertain the attendees that have arrived at Pooja's (Renuka Shahane) baby shower, her sister Nisha (Madhuri Dixit) and her husband's cousin Rita (Sahila Chadha) arrange a comic skit. While Nisha is presented as a pregnant lady with a pillow stuffed belly, Rita is seen in a young man's get-up which resembles to that of Prem (Salman Khan) who is Pooja's devar(younger brother-in-law). Throughout the song's lyrics, Nisha tells everyone of how Prem is deewana (crazy) and always tries to woo girls. The fake Prem, i.e. Rita, always tries to flirt and tease all the ladies, especially Nisha. He also hits Nisha's bum with a marigold flower, using a slingshot. Afterwards, the fake Prem is shown being beaten by all the present ladies. Then, the real Prem, who was secretly watching the comic skit, comes in and hits Nisha's bum again with a marigold flower. Following this, Prem jumps off the balcony and hangs onto the chandelier. Afraid of being caught red handed in imitating him, Nisha and Rita try to run away. Surprisingly, Prem begs pardon for his behaviour towards Nisha. The video ends with Prem faking a pregnant Surprisingly, Prem begs pardon for his behaviour towards Nisha. It's freaking hilarious watching them try to understand the story whilst appreciating the visuals and lyrics and sound of the songs.
