The Strokes' Is This It (in 5 minutes) | Liner Notes
Still one of the greatest albums of all time
Easily the best rock n roll album of the 21st century.
I'm gonna cry the strokes are so beautiful
the strokes delayed the death of rock n roll for about a decade. cool quote about the alb sounding like worn in blue jeans though.
How wouldn't Interpol exist without the strokes? They formed before the strokes and didn't even have any inspirations from them.
Agreed about the new album cover being better. The brighter color scheme just works way better with the sound of the album.
still one of the best albums of all time.
one of the best debut albums ever
They never really topped this one, but damn what a way to debut. Still one of the best albums ever crafted.
New York City Cops is such a good fucking song too.
feel like a twat, thought this was a shitpost where you guys sped up the album to a speed where it's only 5 minutes long
One of my favourite albums from one of my favourite bands.
Good shit pitchfork, keep more of these coming out
I still listen to this album. Love THIS The Strokes.
This album has always been in the background of my life. It helped me through a lot. Seeing them live last year almost made me cry haha
Rolling in the ocean
Im glad I torrented them back in the day; NYC cops was always my fave song
Here celebrating the 20 year anniversary of this legendary iconic album !!
Best Album Ever
"The Libertines, Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, The Killers, and The Arctic Monkeys likely would not exist without Is This It."
