Fish Day was always my brother’s favorite day of the year. He had many friends in Port and they would tear it up! I was always reprimanded when I called it Fish DAYS instead of fish DAY as it’s only ONE DAY.

Great vlog! My family and I happen to be in the background when you were at the kangaroo area. (I also had done a little vlog so your video ended up getting recommended to my husband.) It was a neat process to see the picture being taken - getting the kangaroo to look at the camera. That was so cute when the kangaroo was giving you kisses. And those wooden frogs were pretty cool. I told my daughter she should get one but she didn't. I'm glad the weather was nice and you and your daughter had such fun. Great memories made. 💜

Hey Jason! Glad you went to Fish Days. They have great kids events. The fish and chips are always good. Early in the day...on the bluff they usually have classic car shows too. Its great family time earlier in the day. Evenings isn't really family environment. Pirate fest is another fun family event in Port. But that was in June.
Yes, the community events often provide wonderful opportunities for families to come together and enjoy activities, good food, and entertainment. Thank you for your feedback!

The little kangas are cute aren't they. My house is surrounded by them. That joey you cuddled is harmless but the big daddys can be 6ft tall and can rip you open by leaning back on their tail and running the large claw on their paw straight down your stomach. Think Hannibal Lecter. Lol.
They are indeed adorable, especially the Joey. However, it's true that while they can be cute, adult kangaroos can be quite powerful! Haha!
