Its recommended to take shilajit from well brand company which purifies impurities and also take in resin form not tablets or powder. We can take it after workout or at night for better sleep. Some say it should not break when stretched but it's not true.. its elastic but it should break at a point. When mixed in water it should dissolve completely without any debris. It gives a yellow brown texture when dissolved in water. Recommended to take quantity equal to 2 badmathi rice grain.
