Going one step further... Is making an omelette illegal? If one can make a western omelette with those ingredients and western Omelettes are made to be illegal, can one still have a denver omelette made from the same ingredients? And illegal for who? Criminals acquire completed commercially sold firearms and scratch off the serial numbers... not to obscure the crime committed with said arms, but to obscure the source of acquiring it! If they stole it from a home, the serial number only points back to where they stole it from! They don't buy gun kits, and they don't buy guns from stores! If they already have a record, then it's already illegal for them to have one! This whole argument is just about disarming citizens who obey laws!
So... IF the omelet is made from homemade ingredients, (e.g. homegrown peppers, onions, fresh eggs from the chicken coup, chopped ham from the curing rack, all cooked inside ones home), is that now considered a "ghost omelet"? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
It's also like saying that a can of gasoline and a pack of lighters is arson. Raw materials are nothing but what they are until you make them something else. It's a shame anyone else would argue otherwise. Imagine if they tried to regulate oil filters as suppressors. Because you can use them as one if you really wanted to.

The problem with Supreme Court Justices, or any judges for that matter, is that they should NEVER be leaning to one side or the other. Their job is to make decisions according to the law and the Constitution. Liberal and conservative politics should NEVER enter into their decision making. But we live in a world of sides, so you are supposed to pick your side, and do what they say. If you want to think for yourself, why not join We The People.
Conservative by definition holds more to the original meanings of the laws instead of the magic hoop jumping a lot of people try to do to get around the constitution.
An FFL explained to me how it works. By ATF regulation, everyone involved in the process of manufacturing and selling firearms has to keep track of the make, model, and serial number of any firearm they possess, from the manufacturer, to any distributors, and finally to the FFL that sells the firearm, each being required to keep those records for a period of time. If the firearm is used in a crime, the ATF contacts the manufacturer to find out to whom they shipped it and when, and then they follow the trail to the FFL that sold it to get the ATF Form 4473. "Technically" not a government-run firearms registry because all the entities handling the firearm aren't in the government. However, in order to have an FFL, the entity must comply with ATF regulations, therefore making it a "government-forced" registry.
Intent is different than if the parts are ACTUALLY a firearm or suppressor. That's the whole reason "intent" became a thing, especially in drug laws with "intent to distribute." You can't legally prove it's a suppressor or gun, so you convict on the intent to create an illegal item, not actually having it. However, that does not mean the parts are legally a suppressor or firearm. Intent means "intent to use X to make/do Y" which means X isn't actually Y yet. The ATF is trying to say X is actually Y with firearms.
The ATF is one of the 300+ agencies and bureaus under the executive branch that employees 4 million plus unelected people who create regulations, that if not followed a person can be fined, imprisoned, or both, aka laws. These agencies and bureaus effectively allow the executive branch to bypass Congress. The system as it stands now allows non-elected people to create laws. We fought a war with great Britain about taxation without representation, this is regulation without representation. The balance of powers needs to be restored to the federal government and the balance of power held by the executive branch needs to be given to the states. We need to restore our constitutional republic and dismantle the marxist nannie deep state that has been built slowly over decades by both parties.
So, hypothetically.. If I bought a bunch of PVC pipes, or some Plumbing pipes from home depot, Does this mean I now have a bunch of barrels that are now classified as firearms?

If I have highly enriched weapons grade uranium delivered to my house, does the at make it a nuclear weapon? I think not! 😅
Thanks for the update
There are quite a few people out there reading Amy’s line of questioning as a sort of rebuke of Alito’s analogy. Anyone else get that feeling?
That’s exactly how I read it.
We’re screwed.
ATF has lost all credibility
Meanwhile a black powder gun is not regulated and can be mailed direct to you. Just like a cannon 😂
Thank you for the effort and time you put into making these videos concerning our civil liberties.
What part of "shall not be infringed " do they not comprehend? Ban the ATFE!
Are you one of the people?
@Au_Ag_ratio5021 do you mean someone who believes in and follows the Constitution? Someone who believes in and cherishes freedom? Someone who stood the long and dangerous watches so that you and yours could sleep safe and sound? Then yes, I AM ONE OF THOSE. I was and ever shall be a sworn soldier and defender of our great nation.
@@TheJstanton2 wow, um no, you mentioned shall not be infringed, just asking if you are one of the people.
You are very good. Thank you.
I’ve never understood the “untraceable guns” thing. We already don’t “trace” guns. What does tracing a gun even get you? Makes no sense
they are after a national data base telling them who has and where the guns are located for confiscation later
Thank you
But people have been convicted for Intent by having parts to assemble suppressors, machine guns and more.
Intent is different than if the parts are ACTUALLY a firearm or suppressor.
That's the whole reason "intent" became a thing, especially in drug laws with "intent to distribute."
You can't legally prove it's a suppressor or gun, so you convict on the intent to create an illegal item, not actually having it.
However, that does not mean the parts are legally a suppressor or firearm. Intent means "intent to use X to make/do Y" which means X isn't actually Y yet.
The ATF is trying to say X is actually Y with firearms.
Thank you.
And a Sandy Hook gun control ad in front of your content. They truly don’t understand how evil works.
It's good to have comic relief before we talk about something serious.
So sick of those re+ards and their weepy ads.
Make sure to watch it and click thier ad so they have to pay. 😂
@@fleatactical7390same here.
Should sue them for false advertising.
Tomorrow's Colion Noir brought to you by Hello Fresh.
Lmao
No kamala for sure 😁
ATF needs to be abolished.
God Bless You My Friend!!! Keep Posting!!!
So, hypothetically.. If I bought a bunch of PVC pipes, or some Plumbing pipes from home depot, Does this mean I now have a bunch of barrels that are now classified as firearms?
