Very hot water and dawn soap will work to get sticky tags off of items purchased. Just use the dawn soap directly on it after soaking it for just a few min in the hot water. Or running water.
You can also use any type of oil, cooking oil, olive oil etc to remove stickers.

Gorgeous as always. The chalk board paint u have to use a flat brush not a chip brush and do thin coats of it. The coats have to be flat if that makes sense. lol then use school chalkboard chalk. Hope that helps hun

You’re right about the W-D 40 it’s cleaner if you spray it on a paper towel and then rub it on sticker residue and I learned years ago that lighter fluid works do! Cheaper than goo gone

I wouldn’t have thought of that. And cutting off the curled iron legs to make them straight! You make the ugliest thing into something that you can use and love. I always look forward to your videos. 91%rubbing alcohol works great for removing sticker residue even better than Goo Gone!

To remove the label from the jar, you can use a regular hair dryer. warm it up and it will come off easily

You can also use any citrus oil to remove sticky.

Actually any oil will remove stickers. But if you blow under the sticker as you pull it, it usually comes right off.
Tiffany, you do beautiful work! for stickers on glass, I use the hair dryer on them for a minute and they peel off with no residue behind

That was some haul! Love your creativity and style. I especially liked that big basket (I would have left it as is) and that metal pedestal bowl that you stripped. I am always amazed at the stuff you pull out of the bins and I wonder what in the heck you plan to do with it like those red fabric wrapped balls that you stripped back to the moss covering!
