Agreed and good thinking 👍. But then you need to take another public transport or taxi from say Port Malliot to your final destination . At least 2.5 euros for it unless you have an unlimited use travel card. And the way I have explained in this video is especially very economical for kids. Just €2 all inclusive to your closest metro destination in Paris.
@@PeppyTrails yes, I paid when I arrived 1euro bus in Beauvoir, plus 15 euro train..... then, in my way back I paid 18 aerobus plus 2.15 metro . It's still more expensive but not so much. Adding to this, aerobus has a frequency of 15 minutes and the metro every 5 minutes, though the train has a frequency of 20minutes and then in Beauvoir the bus is every 1 hour, so in my case I had to wait 50minutes for it to arrive . That's my experience, I wanna share it since your video was truly useful. Thanks 😊
Hi. Take train journey from CDG to Beauvais train station (connections in between - check SNCF connect app). Then you can take a bus from Brière SNCF bus stop to Beauvais airport (check google maps or Beauvais local transport app)
I doubt there are so many special things to experience in Beauvais that makes it worthwhile. On the other hand, Paris and closer known destinations like Versailles have so much more to offer.
Great observation. Our reasons to take the train: 1. Train is faster than bus especially on weekdays /peak traffic hours. 2. We wanted to save money on kids’ tickets which is not possible with Aeróbus. 3. I wanted to document this video. 4. We live in Europe and are used to lifestyle here. So no matter what, we can handle stuff here.
A little bit scam as the information was not accurate or hidden, what's the price for adults and it will make only sense if you are traveling with kids, please more transparency
Apart from being faster, and indeed taking public transport as means I agree this method is lucrative for families with kids. I just meant to make a catchy thumbnail and not a clickbait. Thanks for the feedback. I have taken it constructively.
I think buses are there about every 30 minutes. To check buses at the time of your journey, Check in Google maps (public transport ) Beauvais Aéroport to Brière SNCF
Hi! Bus 6 from Beauvais airport to Beauvais train station (Gare du Beauvais ) takes about 15 mins. From there onwards it depends on journey selection. TER will take about 1 hours 20 mins but if your journey has a connection (like in my case at Creil) to can add another 15-20 mins. SNCF connect app/website is the best way to plan this ahead of time. You can consider your nearest metro station to destination to make the best use of this journey ticket on SNCF
It’s dynamic pricing. Weekends are usually cheaper than week days. Could be as low as €10 for adults and €1 for children on weekends. Weekdays may be around €15 for adults and €1 for children
Yes we had a change at Creil since at that point in time it was the immediately available option but you can take the TER trains too. They have direct connectivity to central train stations. Bus is every 1 hour when I am replying to this comment but this could be a reduced frequency due to ongoing Paris olympics.
@@PeppyTrails is there a time table for the bus I can read? I’m just worried about the return, from the station to the airport. Thank you for the answer by the way!
@@kafir5801- I stand by my thumbnail. Compared to Aerobus which €16.9 and €2.1 single ticket for metro or RER (total €19) the method I took costed €2 for the kids which is full cost as adults.
It costs cheaper for the kids but definetely more expensive for the adults. You don't even say the price of the train for the adults in the video. Waste of time.
I didn’t put train cost details in video because it’s dynamic pricing. We paid €16.9 per adult for on the spot tickets on weekday. Weekends will be usually cheaper
Scam! You mislead people with the title of the video! In fact this way not cheaper nor faster or better than a bus. It costs: 1€ for the bus from the airport to the Beauvais city centre; 17€ for the train from Beauvais train station to Gare du Nord in Paris! So, at least 18€ to get to the city centre of Paris, not 2! Hate this kind of people advising others nonsense. You guys please be careful with such “RUclipsrs”.
Your feedback is appreciated. But the video thumbnail does indicate “€2 (for kids)”. We as a family, saved €34 on 2 kids’ tickets compared to what we would have spent on Aerobus+Metro. That’s what I intend to share here. I don’t intend to mislead people.

Hi, the bus is 1 euro, but the train ticket is 15 euros..... So having that into account, compare with the Aerobus which is now 18 euros.

how much does it cost the train ticket from Gare de Beauvais to Gare du Nord ? and how long?
It usually varies between €10-20. Time varies as per the choice you make. Direct train is obviously fast compared to connecting journey.

I believe is also reasonable with Navigo Card!
Thanks so your input to help others. But Navigo cards are not valid up to Beauvais.
