Excellent video to where I am going in October 2023: from CDG to Saint Michel-Notre Dame. take Line 10 to Cardinal Lemoine, walk 100 meters and my hotel is nearby. Your explanation was great and to the point.
Great Video with lot of information I want to ask is there a elevator for people with heavy luggage to be used instead of the escalator to reach the RER metro thank you ❤
Thank you for watching! I took the one that came up at Notre Dame because there is construction being done on a couple other exits. Not nice. Good Luck!
Great Video. I am actually going to go signtseeing and wanted to reach the Eifel tower. Where do I get the return ticket and if I am going abck again the next day, can I buy like a two day pass? Hope to hear from you.
I agree, the RER is my prefered way to get to the center of Paris from CdG, though it does a have a few minor disadvantages as some other RUclips sources point out.
Getting to CDG from Gare du Nord is not so simple. First find the escalator down which is hard to find. Ask an employee, be sure to say, Bon Jour, or they will be grumpy, happened to me but he recovered. IF the RER B train is in the station, beware, there are two different trains that use this track. If you get there before the train arrives look at the destination on the front of the train. Be sure it says CDG. I got on the train that had already arrived. I was surprised no one else had suitcases but it was too crowded to see the line of stations to be stopped at above the door. When I finally made the effort to see how many more stops, it was too late. I ended up 3 stops after the correct route. So I crossed under the tracks back to the station where the train branched off. I had to wait to get that station. Then wait some more to get on the correct train. In other words, they wouldn't let me on the plane after I went through security as I was about 30 minutes before departure. An hour early was required. A new ticket cost $500.05. I thought they said $2500.00. I checked my bank, I was very happy I heard wrong. So I didn't complain.
Gare du Nord is the buisiest station in Europe, but you can't taki a train to anywhere! Only Britain, Benelux and north Germany! I you go elsewhere, it departs from other stations !

Planning my trip to Paris and found this video very helpful. Thank you. Would you disembark the RER B at St Michal to visit the Eifel Tower?
7 hours overlay transit flight. I think is possible it's possible to pop into Paris and back to the airport with no issues.....?
Yes! Possible. Paris has reliable transportation. Good Luck. Let me know how it goes. Thank you for watching!
You've mentioned that you can use the same RERB ticket to use in metro train line? They require separate ticket I believe just FYI.
I was in Paris a year ago. I still have my Navigo Decoverte pass. Can I add money to it at CDG to take the RERB to Gare du Nord.
Forgot to say I am going again October 31, 2023.
Oh my are you there right now?
Let me know what happened please.@@bbroude8774

It would have really helped if you had shown us quickly how to buy tickets (and which machine to use) 🥺
