Angelina was singing in the womb I’m sure of that . Angelina did win Norway’s Got Talent in 2014. She was just 8yrs old . You also have to remember that she’s Norwegian so that’s her language but her English is just unbelievable at this age. Don’t worry about crying we all cry 😢when we listen to Angelina but there happy tears 🥲 . You have so many songs to listen too by Angelina so get ready.wonderful Reaction. Loved your reaction. Her first public concert appearance after this was at Alsang Pa Gransen (Sing along at the border) which was an annual event in Norway. She sang What A Difference A Day Makes. The most perfect version I've ever heard. One year later she performed it again in Singapore. The jazz in this version is unbelievable.

I've been following her for 4 years when I found her on AGT The Campions. Now I have to listen to it every day, it's part of my daily routine. For me she is like a healthy drug that my mind cries out for. She's 18 now and still getting better live, she's a superpower. There are over 200 cover songs of hers that are mostly better than the original as well as 13 originals that she wrote and there are still over 100 songs that were written by her in the drawer waiting to be released so we still have a lot to look forward to . She won all right. She got 46% of the votes for all 10 finalists! That leaves just 6% for each of the others. No matter how many times I watch these performances, my heart swells with pride. Those judges had no idea what was coming their way!
How many performers would be able to sing A Cappella on a live TV show, let alone at 7/8 years old? Every time I hear her I get choked up and fight back tears.
It never gets old watching someone experience Angelina no matter how many times ive seen her video. Just wait til her sing I Put A Spell On You at 9. The vocal beast comes out!

Angelina Jordan ASTAR (the name says it all), this young norwegian genius (now 18 y young) is imo the best singer on the planet! I am 71 y old and have never heard a singer like her in my whole life. Every time she brings tears in my eyes cause her singing is so beautiful. Her voice touches my heart and cleanses my soul.

one suggestion when you look for her young performances check if there is version with English subtitles - many times when there is some speaking there will be available version with subtitles.

You should try to find the version of these performances that has the closed caption in English. Then you can read what the judges say. It is well worth it. I love to see a “new angel” react to this little sweetheart.
Her musical growth over the 6 months of the competition is phenomenal. Ten years later, at 18, she continues to improve! Female vocal chords aren't fully developed until mid- to late-20's. Just sayin'!!!

My first Angelina experience was seeing/hearing her sing that last tune ("Summertime") 7 years ago, and she's been my favorite ever since. So happy to see you went back to (almost) the beginning after catching Angelina's 17-year-old performance of "Diamond." Plenty more out there to see and hear. She's not hemmed in by any particular genre, so you never know what you're going to get when you click, which makes it so fun. Covers of everyone from MJ (including a jazzy cover of "Billie Jean!") to Screaming Jay Hawkins ("I Put a Spell on You" which is otherworldly for a 9-year-old) to Etta James (killer cover of "I'd Rather Go Blind" at 12) to Queen (reinterpreting "Bohemian Rhapsody" at 13 in a way no one has ever thought of since that song dropped in 1975) to Elvis to Rihanna to Lana Del Ray to Frank Sinatra to Amy Winehouse to Louis Armstrong to Sam Smith, etc, etc. Plus, of course, her growing catalog of originals. May be you watch the separate performances - at least for your own 😉
Watch out which version you take: From "I'm a fool to want you" which in Norske Talenter AJ sings a capella there is a shorter version because there are 54 seconds cut out. And these 54 seconds are so good - even with speaking in - but the good thing of this version is, that you can't hear that there is something missing: AJ hit exactly the notes even after nearly a minute...
