@@dennislowe7316 I am an ordained priest in the Church of England. I was ordained by the now retired Bishop James Langstaff and can trace apostolic succession to quite early in church history (no church is able to trace back to the original apostles).
Many churches use the term priest (from the Latin via Greek presbyter) including the Catholic Church, Eastern Orthodoxy, Anglicanism, Oriental Orthodoxy, the Church of the East, and some branches of Lutheranism.
The Roman Catholic is just one denomination which uses the title.
It may have been a bit lost in how your comment is phrased, but the simple answer is just because you don’t like something, doesn’t make it not so. I am absolutely a priest.

@@dennislowe7316 No. I understand church history, theology and ecclesiology amongst other related subjects because I have studied. I would describe myself as “broad church”. For example the two churches in my parish, one is at the higher end but certainly not Anglo-catholic and the other is loosely Evangelical. Very similar traditions in many ways but quite different in style of worship. I am comfortable in both which is useful these days. The CofE is a broad church.
