- Our big ammo stock produced during the Covid-19 lock down is finally empty - it's reloading time!
In this session we are loading 9mm major cartridges for our open guns. Strongly recommending ARES bullets and Reload Swiss RS24 powder!

Very nice reloading system! Thanks for the recommendations.
Awesome setup. I wish I had the time to shoot that much.
That is a crazy machine.
Amazing 👏
That's awesome 👌
That is a dream setup , One day 🙏
Love it
So beautiful
I need a 4 hour long version
i could watch that on live stream all day lol
I’m just starting to reload . I have the lee loadmaster. I started at the wrong time . No powder no primers in stock .But that is a cool setup.
You're not the only one who has bad timing.
@@jasonposten9481 Actually you guys missed the boat by about 20 years.
@@TacticalJackalope I wasnt alive 20 years ago
dude same here.. as i look at my new and used gear and learning the basics... then i see this machine! wow !! this is amazing
Even if youre paying 150$ for 1000 primers it is way cheaper than 1$ for a 9mm FMJ.
As you showed the completed cartridge, I seen onr without a primer lol.
Been there
Hello, what kind of hopper do you use?
Do u have a problem with shellplate adjustment?
cool setup! However the rounds look incedibly long. What do you shoot these from?
OAL 30,5mm - shot with STI DVC Open
Hello, I really like that primer feeder you got. Can you provide more information about it? Also, why do you use poly-coated over FMJ? Are they more ideal or more for practice.
It's the automated primer system from Mark 7 - www.markvii-loading.com/accessories/priming-systems-accessories/101-1065.html
You should practice with the bullets you are competing. Poly coated bullets have less friction in the barrel which results in less wear of the barell and higher speed of the bullet. Therefore you also need less powder to achieve your power factor which means less recoil and faster and more precise shooting...
@@msipsc3276 do you run into any issues with the blues leadding up your comp or is the poly coating that good? I cant find any sort of consensus online about using them for 9 major, wondering what your thoughts are. Sick setup, looks like youve got everything totally squared away!
@@LordPerique Absolutely no issues with the poly coating in the comp. But we run this setup with 5.4 inch STI barrels at the lower end of gas pressure. No experience with ported barrels and higher pressures so far.
ty voe :-) tak to uz je ake pohodlicko :-D Kolko to urobi za hodinu?
What's the benefits of the digital powder measure over the standard one?
Its more accurate at higher loading speeds...
Does anyone besides RS make powder cans that large? 8lb is as big as you get as far as I can tell in the US. Maybe that's a DOT regulation. Wish RS was available here too
It’s 4kg aka 8.8lbish
I like how the gun powder can looks like protein powder😂
Hi @ all, what a kind of lamp (LED?) you have installed under the toolhead ? looks great !
Btw, I load ARES with my M7-EVOLUTION

so much that my mum gets in fights with my dad XD
Nice! What’s your die setup?
Mighty Armory (Decapping and Hold Down during swaging), Lee Factory (Sizing) and Redding Competition for Seating and Crimping...
Runs very well with this setup.
how many times can you reload virgin brass before it needs to be tossed?
About 8 times then it should be annealed. If you anneal every time you could get up to 30 reloads. But it depends on a lot of variables. Quality of the original brass how hot the loads are and so on.
This guy ain’t messin around… but pushing a start button and getting rounds isn’t any fun. I really enjoy pulling the handle and knowing I made the rounds. But still respect man. That is dope.
so asking for a friend - how much would a single one of this system cost along with the tooling to change out the calibers and press said caliber ?
probaby starting at 5000eur
Pretty sweet. Too much for my liking though. I’m a guy of simple taste; Lee classic turret is all I need
Good equipment! Does it really achieve that kind of performance? Please tell me where you can buy such equipment in such a configuration !!!
Yes of course, good equipment is always important. But you also have to do your part.
For Gun parts I can recommend Ceaser Shop. For general eqipment Double Alpha Academy.
available in philippines?
Can you tell us the addon's?
What are you using to light up the plate?

@@msipsc3276 thank you, ordered it
How are you not getting jams in that case feeder
where exactly are you getting jams?
Been wanting to reload for a long time now, about how much is this setup? I know it's not cheap, but just curious as to what the damage would be.
...depends on the setup of sensors and features you take. The basic automated configuration will start at 6.000€ in Europe. In the full configuration you possibly double this price.
@@msipsc3276 oh wow, that's quite the price. Must be a great system to charge that kind of money.
@@BloodEagle. This system is mainly for those who are loading for more persons or for those who want to spend more time on the range than on the reloading bench...
:)
Nevertheless the repetitive precision and accuracy cannot be achieved with 650s or similar...
@@msipsc3276 oh okay, so are the rounds consistent with that of regular off-the-shelf ammunition? I'm guessing the accuracy is only average since you can't get each round precise
Reloaded ammo can be precisely tuned to your specific barrel. With off-the-shelf ammo you cannot optimise muzzle bounce, recoil and power factor - you simply have to take what you get.
So it's somehow comparing apples to pears - of course off-the-shelf ammo will be more consistant being produced on real industrial machines...
If you expend thousands of rounds per week or month, that's great. For myself,, reloading is not really about saving money K(wspecially now) but it's a hobby in and of itrself. Your Blue Kooll-Aid press should by sponsered by Ronco. "Set it and forget it". Totally funn. And, it must be nice to have money.
Of course it’s nice to have money. Most people work their ass off to get that money. Save and invest smart. It’s pretty simple really
Hey mate can you tell me the reload data? So I can reloading 9mm major since I can't find any info on it
Which bullets are you using?
How do you get it running so smoothly?!?
blood, sweat and tears...XD
@@msipsc3276 I think I’m just missing the tears, the blood and sweat is definitely here.
How much the machine??
How much this machine?
Stupid question, how much?
Over 10k USD
Brand of bullets?
ARES Bullets from Czech Republic - www.ares-gun.sk/
@@msipsc3276 from Slovak Republic ;-)
I see you put your erector set to good use 😂😂😂
Coated bullets for major? 🤔
ares bullets work very well with major loads...
Its better then watching porn
9 major with cast bullets sounds like smoke and a leaded up comp
Ammo hoarders be like:
how TF is anyone able to afford one of these?
Also, reloading machines shouldn't cost as much as they do :(
