Just curious, I know this is probably a game limitation, but would the Orks actually have any way of reaching the Tau on the rooftops? Because if not, it seems like the Tau would eventually win then, even though it would probably take several (very boring) hours of them just shooting down orks.
Their only hope I imagine is to pile up enough bodies to form ramps up to the roofs. The lower levels seemed doable, but that final highest tower, they might not have had enough manpower to get up there

Sadly no submunitions option in 10th edition. Maybe we'll get lucky and see it as a weapon profile option or stratagem in 11th.

In a normal situation the boyz would probably have shootaz, pistols and rifles. And they could probably always throw Grotz up there.
