Sparkle's Ult gives Quantum collapse to the chosen teammate. So FR had her own Quantum collapse and Sparkle's one

How well could this combo work against Li Sushang?

I don't think so since Li Sushang have huge paralyze trauma on both first P1 and P2 where having Eden here is important, FR alone need like 3 charged to fully fill it up
Li Sushang also can airborne so technically can trigger FR QTE even without Klein

I mean, yeah. Sparkle is basically replacing Chrono Navi, so you can use her with any Fire DPS

can but since she is burst mode valk, vill v cannot benefit ultimate cd reduction, so she either perform same or slightly worst than CN, depending on boss
