This is a lesson for Chelsea. Its a slow process. They bought good young players in (albeit overpriced) but they all need time to gel and adapt. They shouldnt jump the gun and start Potter out protests cause if they keep the merry-go-round of managers, they'll never achieve something long term.
I feel bad for Emery, he was a good coach, never doubt in him. Management just let him down especially raul&mislintant who gave most players who didnt fit in his scheme. Star player didnt respect him like Ozil and Mustafi make fun of his english. But im glad he did well in Villa, hopefully they can go long way.
