C'est l'application Bluetooth RC Car Controller qui est utilisé dans la vidéo : play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=braulio.calle.bluetoothRCcontroller&hl=fr&gl=US
Il me semble que l'application est disponible que sur le Play Store.
