16:15 that app seems super useful for basic prototyping. Edit: It only took me a few moments to get working with my basic Arduino project, thanks for the tutorial!
Exactly what i was looking for, thank you! Some thing appear to have chnaged since this video. I seem to have so much right but not enough to get it to work. For some reason all " rooms are being triggered once the progran is uploaded, and it appears I have no bluetooth communication. Mega 2560 HC-05 Using digital pins 22 23 24 Voltage divider circuit in place
OK, if I don't want to use Makeblock (security risk), I assume that the standard Arduino editor with IDE script should suffice? Make programming and uploading the HC05 code rather complicated, I assume as well..
Hi could you help to trouble shoot? I’ve done everything exactly like how you did! Including the HC-05 configuring, everything connects well on the mobile application but the serial signal doesn’t seem to get through as the LEDs don’t turn on
The Mblock code link is not working. After downloading the code it says " The devices or extensions necessary for this project are not published yet, so the project fails to work as intended." Please help what to do next. I also tried the Arduino IDE link and uploaded the code in Arduino Uno board too. But nothing is working. Where am i mistaking?
Sir goodday! can you help me with my project. i have 1 problem left to finish my project. how can i code my hc-05 bluetooth module, to auto turn off a led in arduino if the bluetooth connection is loss.
I'm running into an issue where the Bluetooth just doesn't seem to be connecting. According to the app it's connected to the Bluetooth module, but I added a case after the *if(Bluetooth.available())* function that sets my lights in a blinking pattern, and they just won't stop blinking. I'm not sure why the app could say it's connected when the Bluetooth module seems to think otherwise.
Oh dear. It's likely the admins of mBlock have removed the extension (for whatever reason). I will need to investigate to see why it has been removed. Thanks for letting me know!
im a young electrician in uganda, but ive learnt alot from your tutorial

This isome of the slickest videos I've seen all day working on amd learning this stuff. Bravo....thank you for taking the time amd sharing.
Thanks. Much appreciated.
Very educative. Thanks for sharing
Absolutely amazing 🎉
Thanks.
thank you you are perfect
You deserve fame
👍👍👍
Is it necesary to do the code in the mblock extension, or can it be all done in the arduino app with the code you linked in the description?
@@stepkneeboi Thanks for asking. The answer is yes, you can use a regular Arduino IDE app
@@PaulMarriottAlright, thank you for answering!

great vidoe, but i must have missed it. What devices turn the lights on and off around the house. Thank you.
Very interesting, but I wonder what the range of the Bluetooth is??

Hi, could you use the Arduino Uno instead of the Arduino R3? I don't have the Arduino R3, I will appreciate your response.😁
Arduino Uno & Arduino R3 are the same thing.
Cool video, but why mBlock? It's such a weird way to write code.
the extension u have uploaded on .can i use it if i have nano Arduino not uno? please answer

I tried to setup the circuit exactly as you did but when i plug in the power, my LEDs keep flashing one by one. Is this normal?
Loove videos like this one! But my issue is that im using the HM10 and i can't turn on the LEDs and the app can't connect to the Bluetooth Module 😞

I believe I followed everything mentioned but when I enter the "5" to turn on pin 5 (or any other pin) nothing happens, what did I miss?
where is your extension in mblock5
I cannot find it.
Or is it not for the arduino Nano
Likely not within Arduino Nano, but whatever you program for Uno board should be compatible with Nano.
@@PaulMarriott thanks, i wil try it.👍
@@PaulMarriott thanks👍👍
Amazing video. Is it possible to make this same system work with voice control?
Nice video!! How can i use different pins for RX and TX. I tried but it is not working.
And how can i send int instead of char?

Is there not an issue with feeding a 5 volt signal into the RX of the HC-05? I see that most other users place a resistor divider on that line.
Good question. All I can say at this stage is I’ve made a number of devices w/HC-05 and have had no issues thus far with the higher voltage.
Do I really need to configure the Bluetooth module? I didn't realize I had to 😌
🆒 Thank you so much for uploading this video.
👍👍👍👍👍

There is no extension like PCm in blockcode application
after all this process its still not running what should i do ?
i need to use all digital13 pins, how do i do that?
I want an app which the sends Mobile notification as a command to hc-05 bluetooth module .please help me anyone
Thanks so much. I made it !
vous avez trouvez cpm hc-05
Can't find your extension
What should I do?
15:36 i can see it but can not pait ... it says an App is needed for using it ???
If without a breadboard, is that possible?
Yes, it is possible.
How to open the code link it says can't open after downloading plzzz help me
sir, can you recoding it in Arduino IDE ?
Good idea! I will see what I can do. Thanks.
Can we do it with Arduino nano?
Can't find your hc 05 Bluetooth pcm on mblock 5.4.0
What should i do

I’ve checked again (as of Fri 21/4) and the HC-05 Bluetooth PCM extension appears to be back. Must’ve been a glitch earlier.
is it important to connect lithium battery ?
Only that you want the project to be portable.
Nice
thanks bro
can the led be multiply? example: 9 led
LEDs can be multiplied, but the amount of buttons cannot be.
why it doesn't work with arduino mega 2560?
Should work
Did you make it work?? I have the same issue.
Alguien. Me puede decir si se puede con un módulo HM-10
Intentaste usar El HM10?? Yo he intentado pero nada.

if none of them are working try 9600 baudrate
