A belated happy birthday to Uncle Lau and congratulations to Jennifer! I'm going to try to make the Lo Mein and Hot & Sour for my daughter's birthday this weekend. 刘叔, 祝您天天身康心安, 寿如长江. 生日快乐. Daddy Lau, may your body is well and your heart is at peace always and wish your life is as long as the Yangtze. Happy Birthday.
Watching "Daddy Lau" always makes me hungry...why does it have to be 1 AM when I get a chance to watch?!? On another note, these are probably the prettiest lo mein noodles I've seen; most places I've had only do onion and mushroom, maybe a few pieces of green pepper and green cabbage. Happy (belated, just found the channel recently) Birthday to "Daddy Lau"

I LOVEDDD that part too hahaha. I love capturing how proud he is of his creations - so precious!
Thank you so much! I grew up in Hawaii and have had trouble finding correct recipes. Thank you thank you thank you! With love from tennessee. Enjoy your retirement also!
Really loved this, not just because I’m from Hawai’i. Glad you all had a great visit here.😊
A belated happy birthday to Uncle Lau and congratulations to Jennifer! I'm going to try to make the Lo Mein and Hot & Sour for my daughter's birthday this weekend. I just need to make a few changes to make it vegan. Found an egg substitute for the soup, now just need to find vegan lo mein noodles.
I would love to see an episode for that Kung Pao chicken your dad was making at the end of the video. How about Cha Siu for another episode? I've seen a bunch of those recipes, they are all a little different, would love to see your dad's take on it. Spicy Cold Noodles? I'll be making that too this weekend and would love to see your dad's recipe as well.
Again, thanks for the videos!
Thank you so much Tom! So excited to see you back here again and that you found this dish. That's great that you are making these dishes for you daughter's birthday this week 🥰 You'll have to let us know what you discover for vegan lo mein noodles. We'd be curious to hear what you like using. Oh yes we'd love to do both Kung Pao and Cha Siu (we might just be doing that in the next few weeks)! Can't wait to keep sharing recipes with you. Thanks so much again for your comment. We are grateful to have you tuning into our videos and trying them for your family! ❤️

How I wish my father was still alive today. He passed on in 2019 at 85 years old. He would have loved watching your videos. He was also from Guangzhou (Hoy Ping) but moved here in the Phils.in 1943.

Daddy Lau is the Mack Daddy of Cantonese cooking! Love listening to his Cantonese! Keep making these videos!
Haha thanks so much Eds ChevySS! 🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♀️ We are so grateful that you are enjoying dad's cooking.
What a neat video and hope you all are healthy and happy!
Awesome recipe and I can practice my Cantonese listening comprehension. Thanks!
Thanks for the love! Glad to be able to help :)
