Best cooking channel ever. I used to hate kababs and chicken coz they are always dry and doesn’t taste any good until I did your recipe and now I use it almost weekly!!
You make me hungry evertime I watch your videos.
Everything I've ever cooked off this channel is great 👍
Wow, thanks!
Same with me! Easy but best recipes
I usually watch several videos for recipes and time and again end up using yours as they have been consistently amazing. By the way, I checked out your restaurant online and love the banter and your replies. Hope to one day have the pleasure of visiting your restaurant and thanking you in person for your great content and recipes.
I've never had chicken koobideh. Will try it out just as soon as I get a meat grinder. Thanks for sharing my friend. 👍

How much time we bake it in oven nd what temperature?
Tried this recipe (didn't have sweet paprika, so replaced with same amount of smoked paprika).....my o my it was a super hit at my house.......kids want it again, and more. Thanks for sharing this super easy recipe Chef.
Glad to hear it!!
Looks amazing, one of my favorite. Thank you.
Hi Henry, did you add a saffron water or oil? I know you mentioned the importance of getting the water out from the onion before adding to the mixture, but your caption has the saffron ingredient listed as water. Which should I use? Thanks!
Saffron water for this one! The onions themselves can give a few cups worth of liquid, so it’s important to remove as much of it as possible
is this the same recipe for koobedah, and how do we make saffron water. do u steep or use pestal and mortar ?
Do you have a video for the rice preparation?
When you grind up the chicken do you leave the skin on or is it all skinless?
Can we use wood thin skewer???
Hi Henry! I really want to make some of your kebab recipes like this and Tavuk. I dont have a grill. How do I get it with good char and flavor on the Grill pan, nonstick pan, or oven?
Love the vids and thx!
I would honestly use a frying pan on decent heat. Issue with an oven is it might dry it out
Henry, love from USA brother!
Thanks a post on the grill would be helpful
Noted!
Hey Henry, I was just wondering if you used the US teaspoons in this recipe? I only ask because growing up, my parents would use a random small spoon and call it a teaspoon. Thank you! 😊
Excited to try this chicken koobideh rendition! As always thanks for your guidance Henry!
You’ll love it! ❤️

Bloody fantastic 👍👍👍👍
What is the yellow seasoning. I can’t make out what you say.

Neither I nor three of my friends (Oklahomans, all) could understand what Henry is saying that the two types of chicken used, are. Any help with this? Thanks, as I wish to try this.
Breast and thigh! Half breast mince half thigh mince
@@HenrysHowTos Got it! Thanks, and will make this.

PLEASE INCLUDE THIS ON YOUR MENU!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello, how many kabobs does 500g meat yield? 😊
Depends on your skewer thickness etc, but on average, when I skewer I put around 170g on each one. So you’d get something like 3 skewers for 500g
Love It bro :)
How to make saffron water?

Looks amazing, as all of your dishes!
❤❤❤ excellent
My favorite!! But I can say that living in SE Michigan!
How to make rice
You said 50% chicken breast what is there other 50% ?
Chicken thigh
Personally i prefer the taste with the onion juice in the meat but You keep saying how we need to remove the onion juice so it sticks but you used lemon juice and safran water which is basically liquid. Doesn’t it come up to the same putting the onion juice ??( if you didn’t put the lemon and safran juice)
Btw amazing channel 😊
The onions have way more juice in them which will stop it from being able to stick together, in comparison to small amounts of lemon juice/saffron water
My family loves your videos but nobody can figure out what you're saying in your intro ever . Haha. Subtitles say "It's Ron Henry's tattoos". So its something henry's how tos lol
The auto generated subtitles are sometimes quite entertaining 😂
Usually it’s “hey everybody today on Henry’s howtos”
@@HenrysHowTos you have no idea how relieved my family is now haha
@@BradPow I’m glad 😂
The bowls are pretty unsightly and banged up …
Wow, I like the way you make chicken Kobeda Keep going
