Scorpio N with side folding 3rd row will be an absolute game changer. It would have killed the scorpio classic. But I think they did that on purpose so that both segment sells.

This indeed was a much needed review. Most of the car lovers this year have been kinda disappointed with the 1st impressions on safari n Scorpio n later tried accepting it. It feels plush n rough with the new scorp n safari, the rugged anywhere to go character is what most ppl kinda missed ... the cars have their own place in one's heart. However an upgrade to such levels never hurts. Good decision on keeping the classic as well.
Be it the Scorpio-N or the Scorpio Classic. Urging all owners to drive politely and not unnecessarily try and scare away people who are driving normally in any lane! Haven't we all see more than enough Toyota Fortuner owners disappoint with bad driving?
Anyone with these huge almost 2 floor SUVs in the middle of cities are the same. I've seen Fortuners, Scorpios and Endeavours with just one person in peak hours going through single lane city markets. They're often rude and honk as if that's going to solve the traffic people like them caused in the first place.
The Scorpio-N and to a lesser extent the XUV-700 both have very little boot space when the third row is up. Also, unlike the second row in the Tata Safari which can be moved forwards or backwards, the second row seats in the Scorpio-N and XUV700 are fixed, making them less desirable as 7 seaters. The Scorpio Classic with its side facing seats doesn't suffer from either of these problems. It can seat 7 people AND carry more luggage and leg room in the third row is not cramped due to the second row. Overall, the Scorpio Classic is the more practical vehicle. The Scorpio-N is disappointing.
The fact that a feature like automatic transmission in a Scorpio can topple the market of other Mahindra suv-s reminds one , how big scorpio's fan following is .
Good thing about mahindra is ,they have a SuV for all cuatomers now,right from Bolero to Neo to xuv 300 to scorpio classic to scorpioN to xuv 700.So they buyers arw mostly with Mahidra for an Suv
I pleaded my ammi to buy me a bike but she declined miserably and ended up saying lets go for an outing but to my surprise she took me to the mahindra showroom and booked me a scorpio N Z8 manual 4wd... This is gonna be my first car ... I am so happy and excited all thanks to my ammi ... I have not been sleeping quite well cuz of all the excitement... They said that it would be ready within 15 days but now they are saying that it is very difficult within 15 days... Ughhhh the waiting period is killing meeee😭😭😭
Maruti and honda has mastered how to use the space, looking at the size of big daddy, M&M should have managed the boot space while 3 rows on.. size does matter inside too

As said i would go for classic over Scorpio N being a classic guy . Only thing i wishes 133 was replaced by 155 of Mahindra Scorpio N .. if so N would have no chance.. Yes N n XUV it's goona be XUV700 for me..
If not luxury car makers should atleast provide comfort whether in terms of 2nd row or 3 rd row seats plus should give a practice design for boot space.

I wonder about classic’s safety. Scorpio Classic failed miserably when it was crash tested and it still underpins the same platform.

Xuv 700 undoubtedly for me! Infact, for me, Xuv is a mix of both the other cars.

Scorpio n have much bumpy springs like thar and land cursiner. It's great results in slow hard core off roads but not results in road performance.
