No AGM , No Bye Laws is follows , only Take in name of Maintenance, don't ask them what going on in society, they making resolution cut connection of electricity.whst to do ? Please help 🙏

Sir 1)Agm ka notice registrar office mai dena compulsory hai ki nahi? 2)ager society agm 2 years tak conduct nahi kerti toh committee members per kya action liya jasakta hai aur unpe kya penalty lagegi? 3)society registration ke baad ek committee jo form ki gai thi 1 year ke liye unhone 2 saal tak position hold kiya without any society member concern and ab jo ne committee banai jaygi uska procedures kya hoga aur elections kese conduct kiya jaega?
1) Not compulsory but it should be submit , as AGM minute resolution is there for appointment of Auditor. 2) You can complaint to DDR , DDR has power to fine unto 5,000 or dissolve the committee on different offences, its unto DDR. 3) Provisional committee is valid for 1 year only, after that election must be conduct as per election rule 2014 & 2021. Pls refer section 75, 78, 81 for more details.
