Love the work!!!!!Keep on Kickin and keep on Cooking. You just inspired me to get that double barrel joint. We have a guy out in Los Angeles who makes some amazing grills and smokers. I m rolling tomorrow so I can step my game up. I cook my ribs for other people to enjoy as well. I rarely save any for myself past the taste test. You got some good gear and technique to go along with, the love you put on that thang.

Salute 🫡 Brother for having your platform for the art of making good bbq. You are with humility and that will carry you far. We must embrace our elder grillmasters and bond with them because they have knowledge. As a young grillmaster seek out an elder if possible. @@ajscountrycooking3366 Bro. AJ, I know you will probably transition to a stick burner in the future but stay true to the Oil 🛢 Barrel Grill Family! My barrel grills will always be a part of my grill arsenal. I am going to obtain a stick burner but the oil barrel is never to be ignored. You are able to pick up strong skills for controlling your fire and smoke with the oil 🛢 barrel which will help whenever you decide to smoke using a stick burner! Grill On my BBQ Brother!

68 yrs old 1995 KCBS 2nd place pork shoulder,2nd place ribs. Don’t get me wrong instead of starter fluid use a propane weed burner to start your coals. After a long period of time a residue build up on the metal from the starter fluid will sneak into your meat. Lovely looking ribs! Ribs look competition quality! Keep getting your cook on!
