Quick one, do you need to run an earth from the consumer unit to the van chassis?

i didnt but you can run an earth . Some people do and some dont ..it wont harm doing one and its easy to do.

What inverter do you have? I’m going to plug my inverter to the 240 then all the van sockets to the inverter. When I’m hooked up the inverter will auto switch to the hook up power.
I used a Bestek 1200. Watt inverter.. it was enough for me
What size batteries do you use and what type ?
At the moment it's a 100 amp lead battery, but I am going g to upgrade soon..

@@lewisclarke9239 no problem at all, but the fridge does use a lot a night so I really must upgrade .. do without a fridge and it would be enough for me.

Yeah just a bog standard small fridge
