@@Josh-nz7de jetting is important. Depends on what you altitude is were you’re riding. If you’re able to adjust the air/fuel mix screw while the engine is running. When idling, turn the screw clockwise until it starts to run bad and then turn it counter clockwise until it runs bad as well. The sweet spot in the middle, when it’s running best. That’s where you want to be. Once that’s set you can try adjusting your “main” jet by putting in a larger #. Hope that helps!
@@mokotau8471 if you can get that side cover off and the clutch basket out of the way. It may seam intimidating, but pulling the engine is not that bad.
@@mokotau8471 I did the whole thing for $100 bucks, the customer bought all the parts. I work on the kids stuff for real cheap so they can afford to keep riding. I would guess around $400 for time and materials. I didn’t do an engine removal video only because I found a couple others on RUclips already.

Hey can you can the shift shaft without pulling your motor out?
