Hi Tom, thank you for sharing this with us - great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Hi Tom, hope you are well and are having a great monday
🇺🇸
Thank you very much, Tom for the stream. Looking awesome but it is a lot of money! It is still a strange sight the place hotel Pennsylvania was standing. We stayed there two times in the beginning.
Very cool! Thank you for watching
Wow! I appreciate this video Tom! The Penn area looks even nicer in daytime than during your nighttime streams. Hopefully this revitalization project will make New Yorkers proud of something again! 😊
I hope so too! Thanks for watching, I think they made great progress so far!
What an awesome project. I wonder who the architect is for this. Quite a monumental feat.
Super tour! 💜
Thank you for watching Di
Good Monday Afternoon Tom IAM Hoping That You Are Having A Good Day And You're Doing Well Keep Up The Good Work Always Ms British Gray From Tampa Florida ❤
Thanks, you too!
I preferred the original Penn Station which only needed a few updates. I take it the buses still come into there and back traffic up so how is Penn 2 more efficient?
I thought the old Penn was extremely dark and dirty. As a Long Island rail road rider for my entire life, I’m happy about the renovation!
Only $2B? We Bostonians have you beat by a long shot. The "Big Dig" was 10x over budget! We're so proud.
Hi Tom see you live tonight take care and God bless
Thanks for coming
Your welcome
I used to work on 27th & 7th years ago. I cannot believe what they have done to the area. Moynihan is amazing and Hudson Yards is incredible. thanks for posting this.
What a difference right! Total transformation
Love your tours of the city. I am not a traveling person but, enjoy your channel!

Im in NYC now visiting and I feel like it’s a big trash can! It’s not the New York. City I remember. Im glad you show what’s left of it
Thank you for watching the tour
I think they are going to build a out door venue where the Pennsylvania hotel once stood instead of a large commercial tower building.
fingers crossed! that would be great
I have to hand it to Vornado for making that investment when vacancy is a fraction of what it used to be
:)
They should reconstruct the previous one; it is aesthetically far superior.
🇺🇸
Detroit, yes that Detroit reopened their historic station. So Detroit 1 NY O!!!
Thank you for sharing
I like the new Penn but still miss the old Penn. Wish the Amtrak wing downstairs still had Taco Bell/Pizza Hut and upstairs still had KFC, Pizza Hut, Carlton Cards/lotto, Cinnabon/Carvel
Ah yes remember well
Money pit. Most of it goes into the pockets who dont get their hands dirty or work overtime…or even work for that matter.
agreed!
That is the result of not giving jobs to qualified professionals, Program and Project Managers with experience.
and corruption
Not super impressive for the price. Wonder how much of that is corruption? 50%?
Thank you for watching
billions of dollars and yet ugly as sin. So over priced and way over rated .
American needs to travel more and see the world and it's projects .
:)
