All Indians with higher education go to the United States, while India is backward, dirty, corrupt, and has unequal caste systems. If these highly educated Indians stay in their own country and build, India can develop better. This is the conspiracy behind the so-called freedom and democracy of the United States. 3. The Tibetan government in exile. Fleeing from Tibet after the 1959 riots. Please note that I am talking about fleeing. The Dalai Lama claims that he cares about the Tibetan people.
