    Celery juice is a type of "mono juice" that's recently become a popular morning juicing trend in healthy kitchens around the globe.
    Here, we'll review the top benefits of celery that can be especially enhanced when juiced, from both a scientific perspective as well as the views presented by "Medical Medium", the believed originator of the current "celery juice movement."

    Prompted by stores being completely OUT of celery, we noticed that juicing celery for a number of days in a row is quite the craze on the internet, so we decided to take a look at what's behind the phenomena..

      @Sue Blue You mean like the same science that says vaccines are safe and effective??? The same science that talks about man-made global warming???

      @veldamilani926 5 лет назад +10

      @Sue Blue I understand what you are saying. I think the picture that is conjured up by the term "medical medium" is a little misleading in this instance. Science at it's best is flawed and I believe we are foolish to put our complete attention to what they are saying and excluding other avenues of knowledge.
      I am 71 1/2 years old, and I am in better health now than when I was in my 50's. In my late 40's and 50's I did not think I would live to see 60. I got away from the failed Western Medicine model and, by the grace of God, started on a natural path of healing. Sometimes knowledge from "the dark ages" is quite valuable and timeless. Anthony William is not a "faith healer". He actually has a great deal of knowledge that appears to me to be accurate. Whether you believe he gets his knowledge from divine intervention or not, it could be a mistake to dismiss what he is saying. To completely dismiss the knowledge he has for natural healing, could be as foolish as what you deem people who don't listen to science. It is possible that both could play a roll in individual lives. I actually started this trek about 35 years ago when I was told my then 7 YO stood about a 20% chance of living beyond the age of 15. This was do to medical procedures that were done to him as a baby. They told me there was nothing the could do about it. I then got him away from the failed Western Medicine model, and he is now 44 years old, married and has two children. However, I did not quite "get the lesson" until years later when I began having some serious health problems and being with the doctors was only making me worse.
      The good thing about looking into what Anthony William says is it won't hurt you. If it doesn't work for you, or you can't do it, or you find for your body you need to tweek it in some way, it is completely doable and will not harm you - unlike the science lead chemical treatments they push on you.
      I would hope you would find time to look into what this is all about - just for yourself. I wish you well and good health.

      @Sue Blue Edgar Cayce, a FAMOUS Medical Medium, cured 100's if not 1,000's of people over his lifetime while in trance having never seen the person and having only their written question in his hands. This is all documented and you can look it up for yourself. I don't know much about this new guy and it would take me some time before I was able to discern whether he was a phony or if he may have been divinely inspired just as Edgar Cayce was.
      But, celery juice certainly cannot hurt you, so it is a safe experiment to try on yourself considering the possible benefits. This content provider has researched and provided the results in the form of information for you free of charge. He even went to all the work of typing and uploading all the links to the sources for that information below the video. All very time consuming. He isn't selling a thing, so it doesn't appear that he has anything to gain by sharing this video and is merely giving of his time and energy for the benefit of others. Hardly someone you could say has no credibility just for merely mentioning the 'Medical Medium' without endorsing him what so ever. If you take the time to look for other videos on this topic you will see hundreds of people who either got benefit or did not and many celebrities who are endorsing the Medical Medium, (but actually endorsing the benefits of celery juicing not him).

    Just eat the celery then you avoid the rigmarole of juicing and it satiates your hunger to prevent you eating carbs and sugary crap. The juice and fibre consumed together is much healthier and less wasteful.

    • @ezradaiquiri11311
      @ezradaiquiri11311 3 года назад +9

      The concentrated amounts of juice/extract, devoid of all pulp/fibre, is what gives it a potent medicinal quality. Fiber is essential, but in this case, only a hindrance. And if you don't want to waste, just replant your celery ends and use the pulp for a fermented compost along with some bokashi. You're welcome 😉

    for a long time, going back 20 yrs, I used to juice 2 celery stalks, one apple, a thumb of ginger and 2 carrots before morning swim in my neighbourhood. The concept of mono juicing is intriguing and I know celery is the big thing right now. My problem is that I would not want to spend a fortune on organic celery because this is on the list of the most highly sprayed by pesticides currently. I was thinking of mono juicing beets instead; who knows? All in the name of health.

    I did a 10 day organic celery juice challenge, I decided to continue and very please with my benefits! I however do not use a blender or juicer, every morning before I have to wake my family, I use my organic dry freezed powder, its milder in taste and I get all of the nutrients. Usually fresh celery is $2.50 a day but I calculated mine, its 1.30 a day. So no loud juice or blend and the clean up. I just use either my blender bottle to shake the powder and water or stir with a spoon.

    Huh, I always leave my pulp in my celery juicing, Why, because the celery pulp are good for you
    While juicing removes most of the liquid content, the remaining pulp is full of healthy constituents. Celery is loaded with phytonutrients that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These can help smooth the skin and reduce inflammation. It also has high levels of vitamins, notably vitamins K, C, and B6, Celery isn't cheap, People throwing away a lot of good nutrients, pulp feeds the good bacteria in your gut.

      Try this celery juice 2.0. FERMENT YOUR Celery, yes so when you juice it, you digest it more, juicing sauerkraut is already used in the Budwig protocol for that very reason, fermenting FIRST(low sodium can be done). Now add the last bit to the pulp just like he said. ONE MORE- 3.0 :). Bieler Broth...what is it? LONG BEFORE Medical medium, he was using Celery, with green beans, parsley and zucchini IN A WHOLE FOOD BROTH ..AS A JUICE. and guess what? He healed many, even some in Holy Wood. JUICE ALL THOSE (as they food combine to make all work better, don't have time to explain why) juice all of them RAW.(Then add a bit to the pulp as stated etc) You have a more powerful food combined Biler Broth (WHICH funny enough was designed to clean the liver nearly 70 years before medical medium) .ITS MORE POWERFUL THIS WAY... NOW. 4.0? ..hmmm

    I haven't juiced it yet, but have put a few stalks in my smoothie. The effects are phenomenal. My knees stopped aching. One thing not mentioned here is that it can make make one feel extremely romantic if you get my drift. Married couples should do the celery thing together.

    To juice w/o getting the squirts, try eating two stocks of celery on an empty stomach every day for two weeks before starting on juice.

    • @paullemay3218
      @paullemay3218 5 лет назад

      SuperfoodEvolution there is no shortage here yet but it is close to $3.00 per head here. Was $.99. Hopefully this is just because it is winter time and our produce prices always increase as we have to rely on warmer climates to provide us with fruits and vegetables. 🇨🇦🤦🏼‍♂️

    I eat celery straight as a snack I wonder does it have the same affect. But I do put one in my ninja juicer but we'll try juicing on an empty stomach in the morning.

    • @elizabethtimothy4776
      @elizabethtimothy4776 4 года назад +1

      It is better to eat as snacks as that is the way God intended it, the digestion starts from the mouth, also it help to minimize excess intake. Juicing is ok for a short period of time especially if trying to treat any existing problem example HBP.

    Isn’t it concentrate of celery juice that replaces nitrites in packaged meats? Chemically isn’t it similar? Perhaps moderation is better.

    Never trust a fart while doing this cleanse

  • @minguyen2589
    @minguyen2589 3 года назад +3

    I am on day 5 of celery juice, I feel quite refreshed and bowel movements are something on another level haha I am usually always craving for chocolate, but for the last 4 days I havent touched one, although we have so much in the fridge. Not sure if it's celery or it's me telling myself to stop it at least when I'm committed to this lol
    ONE QUESTION - for how long should we do this kind of cleanse? I dont think I can make it a lifetime, but usually how long is a decent cycle to take a break, and then come back? I see people do 7 days, 14 days, but how long is good enough to reach the maximum benefits yet not to get "too used" to it and not seeing as much benefits as before?

    • @SuperfoodEvolution
      @SuperfoodEvolution  3 года назад +2

      We'd say a week max. Short cleanses are better than long in our opinion...
