these videos legit make me cry , as a guy who was 115kgs and dropped to 90kgs (was 80kgs at one point but i started gaining muscles) it really changes everything , how i view my self , how people treat us.
I’ve lost almost 200 pounds and was able to because of a great support system, it’s incredible how much better I feel. If you have obese friends or family, always motivate them with positivity to lose weight. I cannot stress how much worse it could make someone spiral if you constantly ridicule and trash on them, it’s what made me get so heavy in the first place.

It isn’t meant to simply make people stay being fat, loving yourself can also encourage change. It did for me. Hating myself and my body just made me eat more to bury my feelings. At my peak weight I started learning self acceptance and that’s when it finally clicked for me and I began a weight loss journey.
I've never been overweight fortunately, since I've had a very fast metabolism. But every weight loss journey I hear has always been the biggest motivator to keep striving even beyond the life of training. Literally everytime hear people loosing a lot of weight just so positive to hear. Thanks for sharing

Watching this video then seeing all these weightloss stories in the comments is really motivating. Not really sure where I land on the scale rn because I honestly do not own one but 6 months ago it was at about 135kg. I felt terrible looking at the numbers on the scale and have since started going for regular walks, eating healthier, less snacks, dropped soda for water. And I feel so much better, my first gym sesh in about is going to be today in about 30 mins actually. Pray for me y'all!

I remember like 2 years ago i was 130 kg, i was a complete fat fuck, but then mom died and i fell into depression, i stoped eating, i stoped everything, but... idk, something clicked inside me, and i said to myself "Mom would fucking hate my guts if she saw my current state" and i started working out, i got a job at a callcenter (now i'm an interpreter for healthnet california, i live in mexico and i translate medical consults for people in the states that can't speak english), i got a boyfriend and after all that, after 2 yeras of struggle, i'm 85 kg (i'm 1.85m tall) and i'm feeling happy as fuck! It's easier to build muscle if you start off fatter because your bones and muscles have already been demanded to support all that weight. Not saying that to discredit them or anything still an amazing feat but that's some of the simple science behind it.

i’ve lost 50 lbs just by eating less and i haven’t even worked out! only took about 6 months of eating 1,000 calories a day
