But the lead is still in charge, so important. 478. and 458 shares much in common. This is because the 478 also has the 4 with a 5 wing and the 8 a line to 5. The 458 is close to 458 because the 8 has a 7 wing and the 5 has a line to 7. However, placement matters of the types matters.
I resonate with a good deal of this. I do not think am closed off to new information. Quite the contrary. “Too opinionated.” Well, yeah, perhaps that is because we have spent a lot energy on the topic or ideas we can interconnect. The way it’s presented here is said like that is a bad thing. I love when people have shown (1) they care enough to dig into something, (2) are thoughtful enough to form a framework, and (3) brave enough to share it. We don’t see that as abrasive , and we don’t mind others putting new perspectives on it
The 5 with the intensity of 4 and 8 is open until they find the ideal. Then, the model is set. This refers to models of your own making and based on hard work. 478 is always open to change, whereas 458 is looking for the completed answer; the philosopher's stone...
Interesting. Thank you for this insightful video. According to my own research and your tritype test, I am a 458 (instinctual variant sx/sp). I believe it to be the best match among all the 27 tritypes. I am not an introvert, though (both in SLOAN and the MBTI). I am ENTP in the MBTI (sociotype: ENTp or ILE) and SLUEI in SLOAN. In the AP system I am VLEF.

I’m having trouble deciding which type I possibly am? I’ve been studying MBTI for a few months and can’t figure out if I’m INTJ, INTP or possibly an ISTP? I’m a very goal/future oriented individual, and I will stop at nothing to make sure my future aspirations are met. I have a tendency when depressed however to procrastinate and become lazy. But when I get an “inspiration spark” I tend to get back on track and work hard on my goals. Another speculation I have is viewing myself as unordinary, I hardly socialize because most people can’t keep up a conversation with me; for instance when I speak about a topic I have a profound interest in I get excited And tend to ramble and connect unrelated topics to the specific topic I’m talking about. I’ve dwelled on tritypes and the one I resonate with best is 458, or 548. Although currently 458 describes me to the core. I used to not exhibit emotional outbursts like I currently do now. I’ve recently (1 year ago) been diagnosed with “BPD”. Due to a lot of trauma throughout my childhood. It came so suddenly, I was so use to suppressing my emotions. Now I get so overwhelmed by mundane things. I’ve been working on ways to better myself, and currently I’ve been better at regulating my emotions. But I think the problem I’m having is finding my identify, the person I used to be before “BPD”
Ive tested as a 459 but I can tell you..I resonate much deeper as 458 for sure. I test as INFJ, always have, professionally and self tested..but truly, im not sure..i resonate with Ni, and think there is potential for INTJ OR ISFP. I love seieng the interconnections between enneagram and mbti. I very clearly self analyze and subjectively feel that I i am aware...ive tried very hard to release how stubborn I am with my opinions and try to be more open. I resonate with everything you've said!- especially the over emotionality when attempting to discuss..it comes across as blunt, so I prefer communicating in written word. Cynicism ✔️✔️ Detached but attached to ideas ✔️✔️ Emotional but withdrawn ✔️ ✔️ Passionate and intense ✔️✔️ Head based and intuitive ✔️✔️ Ugh. ...remaining connected to true self and authenticity is so critical and a definite journey ! (Infj? 4w5 458) I noticed a lot of Ni users and ISFP (FI-NI loopers) in the comments !
I'm an Infj 548. I've always tested as an Infj but have highly developed Ti. I think any INFJ scoring as a 5 likely has a highly developed Ti because typically they seem to score as 4s. So, my point is that maybe you just have well developed Ti 🤷
I think Tupac was a 485 or 845. A lot of this seems to apply to him. A sensitive poet with a very aggressive thug dude. And he had some very insightful songs and saw tons of complex interconnections in society. Poet - 4 Thug - 8 Thinker - 5
@@rahulranjan9013 Hmmm….. Eminem definitely has a 5 side. He’s cerebral and analytical. Says it all the time in his lyrics. And he’s definitely an 8. Can you explain that part? Em seems to be more of 3 or something. Then again, “Kim” is a very creative song that relies heavily on imagination and does seem super broody and unstable. They’re always saying Eminem is a mental case with insecurity issues. So idk. Maybe.
I'm a 548 5w4 sx/so INFP. I can relate a lot with the intenseness. I also have the tendency to not lose authority over myself. I sometimes keep people away from manipulating me or developing any kind of compromise that may not be of my convenience. I have to feel like I'm the one that has full influence over my life and I rarely let others convince me of the opposite thinking when I already have a conclusion. Something that I should say, as well, is that my compromise with ideals tends to influence very much in my whole personality. I have the idea that everyone should defend their own ideas and develop them in a way that they could contribute to the whole debate with the highest density of argumentation possible. I'm more flirty than the average INFP as well. Even though I get a little nervious sometimes, I practice "joke flirting" with some girls on the internet to prepare to the real flirting, that helps me deal with the rush of emotions I get when dating 😅
@@ahmadsalus7660 Having Fi doesn't means being emotional for the sake of being emotional, it means using emotions as a tool as well as Fe. As an INFP sx5 you may feel empty sometimes, so you're temporarily unable to develop any personal values. You could see the world merely as a consolation for your own lacks. You could turn incredibly cynical and act for your own advantage without having into account the feelings of others. But, over anything that makes you miserable, you have the opportunity to get better and feel fulfilled, and feel fulfilled the more you get better. Existence doesn't stops being a consolation though. As a 5 I feel betrayed; as a 4 I feel uncomfortable with myself; as a 8 I feel manipulated. The only real escape to feel better is outside in my ideals, developing the thought that I am not what I am, I'm also what I want to be; so I can finally free myself from the shell and follow my conviction of life. Will it be just a dream? Will I feel satisfied at some point? Probably not, but I don't even care anymore.
@@ahmadsalus7660 There is no problem with that. 4+5+8 strengthens Fi and Te, weakens Si, and intensifies the functionality of Ni. When Fi is very strong, it can appear similar to Ti. According to Jung's theory, both Fi and Ti are introverted rational judging functions. I can take myself as an example. When I was 5 years old and learning to play a musical instrument on stage, I strongly realized that I couldn't fit into the environment. I couldn't concentrate and couldn't help but observe the audience and my fellow performers. After reading the Enneagram theory, I understood that from an early age, I exhibited strong traits of Type 5. Since I was young, I enjoyed reading books about peculiar humans or unsolved mysteries, and I liked reading detective novels. It may seem like Ti, but it's not. In fact, I have intense emotions, when I was very young, I would easily get hurt by others' criticism and cry secretly. However, I could also put on a strong façade and refrain from crying in front of others because I am capable of concealing my emotions well and displaying a calm and firm side of my personality. Additionally, INFPs with an 8 fix actually have a strong protective instinct. For example, when I was a child, I would help those who were bullied and confront teachers who disrespected students. I would stand up and engage in intense debates. Seeing those who bully the weak always triggers intense anger in me. On the internet, I am often recognized as an INTJ. Unlike many INFPs, INFPs with the 458 Tritype rarely get caught up in the vortex of emotions (unless appreciating works of art), but rather focus on their own interests, which are often subjects of theoretical research. I spend my days studying art, society, history, and political issues that interest me and I am an academic researcher.
I definitely prefer writing to speaking, like, very strongly - i think i even have a bit of a pattern for my love confessions to happen over text. And I have gotten responses like, "wow its a relief to see you liking a happy song/see you enthusiastic for once" or ppl characterizing me as a downer. I would say I'm plenty enthusiastic, though. Just mostly in front of my laptop or while reading, I guess.
INTP 5w4 584. I can write prose and lyrics great... verbal communication and debate I am great with, but ONLY when I have a deep interest in the topic or person - otherwise I can care less and would rather go learn more about something I'm interested in. Highly introverted but enjoy being on stage or conversing with something that interests me - in that zone I'd appear to be an extrovert with talent.
I like to do the hans decos numerology and flap it together with enneagram and tritypes, so, if I change my stage name or pen name I can sort of quantify the effects, so, in that sense I do hail from 478 but I feel I like to shift it into 458, it's a bit more human and less spiritual, as 5 is very experiential, whereas 7 is more theoretical, 7 is very wise for finding positive experiences, which is (isnt it?) the main point of life ... but I just feel I can seem less "out there" so to speak if I bring in more of the 5. Right? Anyway, great video, really appreciate it. 🔥
Yeah, the 458 is the studious outspoken intellectual Tritype that holds on to their opinions. It adds up to 8 coming off of the 9 line, so it's very opinionated. The 478 is the outspoken intellectual type that is constantly changing. They are the 1 in numerology coming off of the 3 line. So they feel they must create and initiate what is new and share it with others. Both 5 and 7 are theoretical; however, the 548 is more retentive and focused on the known and what can be proven, whereas the 478 is expansive and focused on the new and the novel...
We use 458 Tritype® on a regular basis. But the lead is still in charge, so important. 478. and 458 shares much in common. This is because the 478 also has the 4 with a 5 wing and the 8 a line to 5. @@katherinefauvre6630 you mentioned an 8 line to a 5, I am not sure what you meant, but I found it interesting because I came on here to talk about Donald Trump, who according to hanz decoz numerology appears to be a blend between 471 and 479. A utopian visionary with a gentle spirit. But, really this pertains to balancing. I have found that the 4 is an excellent balancing point for a 7, if you set up 7 stones in a row, the fourth as measured from either side is the same stone, the middle. Whereas, with an 8, I have found that it does not have a central balancing (integer) number, whereas, the 5 seems like the best response any time 8 energy is brought into the mix. According to numerology, and the enneagram, 8 can be a bit aggressive, and usually the anti-hero type, so one needs an escape, and what is a better escape than into freedom, which is signified by the number 5 in most instances? I do not like the number 8 much, but it is my name number. Whereas, it's a bit strange, but the measurement on the gut triad for my dad, whose first name is John, is matched by the measurement for Donald Trump, whose middle name appears to be John. Well, John is my middle name too! So I guess my main point though is that it's this low 8, with 9 and 1 tying for third place on the overall tritype map (hence the 471 or 479, as opposed to say a 174 or a 947).
@@johnhill762A lot more accurate than the description of any other tritype, by far. I have almost zero self-preservation, as compared to most INTP. From birth, I pretty much pushed my physical, mental, spiritual, and when older - even my financial "safety" to the limit. My first memory is realizing that there was such a thing as people lying, and from that point on, I basically spent the rest of my life figuring out what the ACTUAL truth was about EVERYTHING - while understanding people are willing to lie, be brainwashed, and others confident of assumptions, but ignorant. Yes, I looked at roadmaps and atlases for hours at a time, and figured out how to read, write and even do multiplication and division by the time I was 4, without any instruction or prompting from anyone. A willingness to go deeper down EVERY rabbit hole and even the depths of my soul, than every other person I've known, multiplied, and never lose that final grip. It's something like a very dark INTP, with a complete lack of the nerdy exterior and self-preservation fears - allowing the curious genius to constantly be in overdrive without any bowing down to authority or brakes of fear. Unafraid of facing your own soul. I scored a mental age of 27, when I was 8 - but was athletic, dressed in black, and school was basically a joke - I never scored less than a 98 on any test and never listened to anything in school, just zoned out & never studied once or did homework... by the time I was 6 or 7, I'd taught myself more than all the teachers I had before college knew themselves combined, so I was like a college grad student sitting in first grade - half the time I didn't even hear the words coming out the teacher's mouth. I'd treat the garbage man or a senator with the same respect they'd shown me - from birth and the beginning. Unafraid of the truth. The opposite of an incel. Being in gifted classes and having all the other gifted kids seem as bright as special ed kids in their minds and just highly studied conformists. Idk... I don't really have the time to go on further and deeper than that right now. Do you relate?

Also... 458 Tritype and 478 Tritypes® share much in common on a regular basis.

I'm a Entp 584 sx/sp too.

WoW Im an ENTP 458 as well. I really wanna meet you. Im not a stalker, rapist, or murderer, I promess though you have every right to not believe me. My name is Javier, plzzz I wanna meet someone with my same MBTI type and tritype. Im from Spain Madrid but moved to Miami when I was 9, Im 16 years old at the moment, and Im currently going through a depression. My first impression may be a bit childish but its 4:48AM and Im to tired to change it.

I am sorry to hear about your struggles. What special notices did you receive with your Enneagram Tritype® Test Results?

I noticed a lot of Ni users and ISFP (FI-NI loopers) in the comments !
Poet - 4
Thug - 8
Thinker - 5
Eminem too, it seems.
@@rahulranjan9013
Hmmm….. Eminem definitely has a 5 side. He’s cerebral and analytical. Says it all the time in his lyrics. And he’s definitely an 8. Pulled a gun out on someone and got sent to court. Beefing all the time with Ja Rule and Benzino. And he’s a killer in his diss tracks. Totally ruthless.
But I don’t see as much 4 in Em. Can you explain that part? Em seems to be more of 3 or something.
Then again, “Kim” is a very creative song that relies heavily on imagination and does seem super broody and unstable. They’re always saying Eminem is a mental case with insecurity issues. So idk. Maybe.
He was also a rapist lol so who cares. Also Eminem is obbiously a truth-teller.
Possibly the ENTP sx/sp 874. They are deep thinkers as well...
Eminem is the archetypal poster child for the sx/sp 648.
How do you determine the tri type - are the scores in the top three are the similar percentages with with 0.1 difference?
The upload of this is still ongoing. That's mindblowing lol
458 is an intellectual Tritype®, so the are attracted to typologies.
How can an INFP be 548 the whole point of 5s is that they are not too keen on emotions like INTPs or INTJs not INFPs
Do you identify with the social instinct?
Is it possible that you are the introverted 648?
So interesting how many INTJs here. But makes sense. My son is an INTJ 845 and this was spot on.
INTJ is a very common pairing. Also, the INTP...
Infp 954 here. I can relate to this. I kind of chalk it up to the 4. Someone at work called me melancholy the other day and I was like…yep 😑

I was scrolling to see if someone said this, and go figure your tritype is the same order as mine lol. I'm an INTP, though. Pretty close.
Those who love debate are the 638 and the 458...

Agree on most things said.

Oh, i meant to say, my 3 wing is very pronounced. For anyone that cares. 😊
@@KatherineChernickFauvre I could stand to hear more about this 3 line

@@antonboldsword3770 ah shieet me too
@@johnhill762A lot more accurate than the description of any other tritype, by far.
