Fascinating how they even discover all these creatures. Would love to try this one day. Does it taste fishy?
Wouldn't say fishy, it does have a distinct seafood taste, if you've ever eaten the yellow stuff under the crab shell it's similar to that. To me fishy is like, seafood westerners eat, dead and frozen for a while. I personally haver never considered Asian seafood to be fishy as they are often freshly killed and don't have the smell of decay as western seafood does.

Para nada, solo hay zonas con mayor disposición de agua que otras. Por ejemplo, donde vivo hay manantiales por todas partes, así que el agua potable es prácticamente gratuita. Un garrafón (25L) rellenarlo sale en $10MXN. Realmente pagas por el proceso, mas que por el agua.
