Thanks for being here! I am excited for one you to WIN!
I'm entered. Fingers 🤞
Can I still enter drawing?
Hey! Could you do a video of what you do for your homeschool?
I love that you take older unwanted items (in this case, furniture) and bring it back to life, making them beautiful and desirable to others so that they are not wasted. And your work is beautiful!
Thank you! I appreciate you!
This shed would be awesome! If we got all of yard equipment out of the garage, we could finally have a nice workshop and project area! ❤
I’ve had a very terrible past few years dealing with a drug addicted adult child. It’s completely upended my life and caused me to spend a week in the hospital…and I’ve had to walk away from my 20 year career over it all. I am going to use furniture refinishing and rehab to refinish and rehab my life and nervous system, lol! I’ve dabbled for years, and you’ve inspired me to go ahead and dive in…Thank you for being a part of my healing journey and returning to the light!
Oh my God! I was literally looking into sheds this past week for my husband. My husband is 61 years old and restoring a 1970 Chevy nova. It was a dream of his in the past 20 years to look for a nova that he drove as a teenager and restore it back to its original shape. Finally found one about a year ago and he’s been busy working on this little beast. Anyway to make a long story short he has parts all over my house, all over the garage, all over our other shed that has our garden tools and what not and I thought for Father’s Day I would buy him just a small shed so he can have all his parts in one spot instead of 100 😅 I would be so happy if you selected me for this amazing giveaway. By the way, your dresser is gorgeous! Thank you again❤️
I love how the dresser turned out. I'm a 66 yr old grandmother & I'm going to start flipping furniture. I have a 30x40 ft pole barn that is absolutely packed. I would love the extra storage bldg for my out door lawn tools & bikes. That would give me some much needed space. Thank you & God bless you & your family. ❤
Love the fact that you show the cost breakdown in the end. That’s really helpful to get an accurate idea of a flip. Thank you!😊
You are a teacher with a calm way, and a smaller ego than most. TAHNK YOU!!!
Aww thank u! I’ve been a teacher of so many things over the years..,furniture just seems to be the next progression lol. Happy to have u!
I would use a new shed as my paint spray booth and sanding shed. That way I could keep the garage cleaner for more serious painting projects and my boyfriend could park in his own garage again. I know he deserves that because he invests in me like I deserve to be. I would also have more room to move around in the garage and that is always important for managing fatigue, muscle weakness and stress. Everybody's happy!
I'd love to use this shed for overflow and have more room for my furniture refinishing!!
I would use my shed as a garden/storage unit. My husband retired this year and he loves to garden. He has been on the lookout for a shed. I support his outdoor hobbies and get involved. I will be gardening and learning how to flip small pieces of furniture this summer.
I love fixing and flipping furniture! Well done!
it's beautiful. I usually don't like green paint on furniture but this color of green is perfect.
I live in Wisconsin, so to make room in our garage for our furniture flipping projects, we carry our snowblower, our bikes, and any other seasonal items we can to our basement since winter is sooo long here! 🙄😝 but the one thing that we can't put anywhere else that takes up so much space is our riding lawnmower! We would definitely use a shed to store that and other garden tools. 😊
I’d like to store my future project pieces in a nice, clean shed.
I love the original drawer pulls but they were not modern. Looks great 👍
I would use the shed to store some of the furniture that I will be flipping....that is if my husband doesn't try to take it first 😂😂
What a beautiful piece!!!
Lol yep! My husband took ours!
That was fun! I really love how you present every step, and then share the cost breakdown at the end. There are a lot of people who post reviews or how-to's, that really don't understand how the viewer sees and hears them, but you are a natural:)
You were so right about the new draw pulls they really updated the look plus you color is so refreshing.
It was really helpful to know that you and your husband had to flip 4 pieces of furniture a week during Covid to keep the bills paid. It gives me a realistic idea of what it takes to actually do this as a business and not as a hobby. Very useful!
I guess it depends on the market prices you can sell. Over here in Europe such a piece can be sold for about 350-400 dollar, not more. I guess rather less, because its second hand. People want to go cheap :( - so I guess you would need a turnover of about 5000-6000 dollar month to make a living on it. Would be about 2500-3000 dollar of earning. Would be about 15 pieces a month = 3-4 pieces a week. So its about the same as in the US.
The dresser turned out absolutely stunning. Love the hardware
JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I love green. I have been buying green things-they have been gone, only gray, gray ,gray. Love gray, but need some life. The gold, touch of class. Great job.
I don’t always like the colors you use but I love the fact that you paint for other people. You have a great channel.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
I’ve been needing a shed to hold furniture that is yet to be finished and already finished pieces. My garage space is limited and I often end up having to touch up finished pieces because they get spattered or bumped before they are sold. A shed would be so helpful!
The dresser is just beautiful. Great job as usual. If we had the shed we would store our three boys bike and scooters. Get them out of the garage so we could actually use the garage for our vehicles. 😀
Oh I would love to have a metal or wood shed for garden tools and lawn mower. Love the dresser and color. New handles are just what was needed.
This dresser is beautiful you always bring it. I think the thrift stores around here have gone up on prices because they know flipping furniture is so popular.
I don’t have a garage so I would use my shed to organize all my paint and furniture repair tools. Love your encouraging videos !
Wow! What a beauty the dresser turned out to be!!
I love the color. I'd use the storage unit to empty my storage bedroom in preparation for my 80yo mother whom us moving in with me. ❤
So gorgeous you always have show stopper transformed furniture!
I love the color and how the old hardware coordinated with the new!!!
Love how this piece turned out. I would use the shed for my garden stuff and have more room for my flipping stuff.
I would use it to store lawn care tools and grandkids outdoor toys. 😊
I would love to have a shed to help me organize the tools for my sustainable garden! We are trying to limit the amount of factory food we consume. 😊
Kara, that piece turned out so pretty. I love your work and as you know I’m a huge fan of you personally. I think you are adorable. You are always generous in sharing with us your experience. That’s always greatly appreciated. Great job on turning that boring piece into something spectacular. God bless!
I would use the shed to store furniture. My workshop is in basement and hubby has a bad back. We're in our 60s and it's getting to be a struggle. I told him I'm getting ready to flip jewelry boxes😅 so we didn't have to do the stairs. Thank you!
I refinished this exact same dresser last year. Mine was in such rough shape took me a week and half to refinish it. Yours turned out beautiful. Nice job
I would definitely use this shed to store lawnmower and yard equipment to have more room in the garage for flipping furniture! Love the green. Wish it would sell in my area. White is always a good seller in the south 😊
We would love to have a shed to store furniture to flip. We don’t have a garage so a shed would be a Godsend! As always, a fantastic flip! You have a wonderful taste🥰
Your priming rant is definitely relatable! 😂 I literally had the same the other day.
I love this color. Nice job.
So beautiful! I’ve only been flipping furniture for a few month and I’ve learned so much from your videos! I need a shed to make more room in the garage for furniture! 😆
Love watching you’re furniture flips
Really pretty green - I think it's so versatile too - no wonder it's such a good seller for you!
Love the green. I would use the storage shed for all my garden supplies.
Hi Kara, beautiful job. You explain everything so well. I wanted to tell you my brother had a similar dresser with that same design on ends. He said the dresser was early 70s(70-73) FYI. I'm recently retired and have started gathering tools and such to start painting furniture. Thanks for the info. And so I could really use that giveaway shed!!😊
❤❤❤❤❤
So cool to know! Thanks!!
I did the exact dresser only I did a combo of black and walnut finish. It also had a mirror & sold quickly. Wish I could post a pic! You did awesome!
I love the color. I agree with you the handles needed to be changed and I love the ones you choose. While the drop pulls looked much better in gold, I think I would have changed those as well. To me, they seem heavy compared to the new ones you put on. Just my opinion. Thank you for giving away the shed. I am trying to get started and right now my garage is filled with normal garage things as well as new tools I am accumulating and several pieces of “too do” furniture so I can’t park in there anymore. I am working on getting it all together. I would use the shed for lawn tools (rakes, hoes, shovels etc), wheelbarrow, garden supplies and bird and squirrel feed. That would help a lot in getting my garage transformed into workspace and back into parking space.
I recently discovered your channel, and have been binge watching a lot of your older videos.
I am inspired to restore and flip furniture. Because I don't have a garage, I would use the shed to get started on this furniture flipping journey.
I really enjoyed this video.
Aww so glad you found me!
Great job. You need a vacuum system. Filling the air with paint and Bondo and wood filler dust. It lingers longer than you think.
Love the blue with gold pulls, great job.
I would use the little shed to store the furniture I purchase for future upgrades.
Nice flip! I’d use a new shed to store pool supplies…or maybe all of the furniture I have stored in my garage. 😂
The color is terrific. I did think the hardware was too heavy but the spray paint improved that!!
I agree! Thanks for being here!
Beautiful work.
A new shed would give me a place to move the garden equipment and such out of my current work space.
Love those dangle knobs too! But not as much as I love your channel 🙏 ❤❤❤😊
Thank you!
Another beauty, Kara❣️ hardware switch was perfect. ❤️-Jill
Oh yay!! I moved last fall and have absolutely no where to store extra furniture pieces. I have to buy and flip one at a time. I would use the shed to store extra smaller pieces!!
Oh wow! This is stunning! Love the color and the hardware. Beautifully done!!🥰
I would use the shed for all my diy supplies! There is very little storage in my house so all my supplies are in totes and tool boxes
Love the color you picked. You have me hooked on the lilli moon neutrals that you introduced me to. My area is tough with colors. I would definitely use a shed for overflow furniture supplies and paint. My family said I have taken over the garage! Lol
Love what you do with the furniture, especially makeovers like this one! The green is gorgeous!
Thank you so much! I appreciate you tuning in! Hope to see you next time!
I love the dresser and the color!
I really like the color!. It looks blue.
I have absolutely enjoyed your videos and inspiration. I started refinishing furniture as a way to cope with my very stressful RN job during covid. It has helped a great deal but I have no work space. Trying to figure out a workshop set up. Thank you for all the inspiration.
The dresser turned out beautiful.. I appreciate all the help and tips you give to new furniture painters. If I won the shed I would appreciate not to have to side step through my living room and dining room. Also, an old shed I had collapsed during the winter and I have no idea where those things are going.
I would use the shed to store some of my furniture inventory 😊 Thanks for sharing your knowledge I really enjoy watching your videos.
For the supplies I have acquired to flip furniture! All because you have been such an inspiration! ♥️
Loved the dresser. Would like to get a shed to store yard stuff so i have more room for my furniture !
I could use the shed for all my flip finds👏👏
Sweet! I need a new shed for furniture for flips and our spare folding tables and chairs!
Yes, it is elegant and I love the color!!! Beautifully done ❤
The dresser turned out beautifully! I greatly appreciate how you explain the process, options and your experience on startup. You heartfelt encouragement is so genuine. Thank you! As for if I won the shed, we will be moving up to my girlfriend’s property to help her out (she has a lot of mobility issues) and her shed collapsed this past winter so I would replace hers. God bless and thank you.
Oh great! I would love for you to be chosen! Thanks for watching and your sweet comment!
Love how this piece turned out! Fantastic Job!
Your channel inspires me. Thank you for the consistent videos and lovely upgrades!
I could use a space to do paint and sanding in. I clean space without clutter would be awesome.
Gourgeous!! ❤❤❤ the color! What a transformation.
Thank you so much!!
Looks great, I love green. The pulls are nice, too.
I think if I won the shed, I would use it to store some of my ebay inventory. I love how you can make something look new. I painted a triangular shaped hutch for my kitchen. I'd live to do more, but it doesn't seem to be the right time just now.
What a a great refresh on a dated piece. My wife and I love to watch your videos and are working on a couple of pieces ourselves. You inspire us!
Your vision and your work always amaze me! That shed would come in soooo handy at our new house.
I could really use one of those. My garage is full of furniture. I could put some in the shed and hopefully park my car back in there.
Love your work. This dresser is beautiful.
You always make these refinishes look so amazing and easy. I love watching your videos back to back while drinking coffee in the morning. Congratulations on the shed
A paint shed!! Would love that!!
You have been such an inspiration. I have really appreciated how easy you have made restoring furniture look. It can be daunting project to start. But I feel confident I can do it now too. Thank you for sharing all your tips, links and experience.
Great flip!! I would use the shed to store all my pieces/furniture prior to flipping. I'm finding some great pieces now and I'm running out of room!
Hello! I will use it to start flipping furniture, I am 60 years old and need to make extra money and I am very inspired by you. Do you think we can talk about it, I need some advice on how to start. Thank you 🙏🏻
Great color and long choice!!❤❤❤
That came out gorgeous!! Nice job sweetheart!
This is a beautiful piece. I love a good flip project!
I would love to have something to myself for my projects. I don't have a shed or garage.
I love that green color--it is a near-neutral. You always know the hardware touches that complement perfectly. As for a shed, I could so use one for organizing (and locking away!) my refinishing and garden tools. I might even keep a chair in there as a little three-season retreat. 🍀
I really love the color you chose to paint the dresser. Your project looks awesome and I need one of those products to help with adding knobs and pulls.
Kara, the color is gorgeous 🤩 Thank you for all the tips and tricks. They do help!
Thank you Cindy!
I love that color ! Thank you for all your hard work 😊
What a lovely color!
Beautifully done !! I love the color !!
Neat dresser! I am so in need of a storage shed, too much stuff in my garage too!
