Hopefully he finds the rest of the pride. There are times that lions go off by themselves so maybe that is what happened. Let’s hope!

I agree with Ross 'Short Tail's' Mohawk is fantastic. This morning the photography was even better than normal (and it is always very good) would that be because the light was just right? Everything was so sharp especially the Zebra at the end and the spider web at the beginning was magical. Thank you so much Alistair you do a wonderful job we really appreciate it.

New subscriber here! First of all you guys are very good looking! Not nearly as handsome as the Lions though! Here is a couple of names for the boys (Sukazi) pronounced(Sue-Kah-Zee) and for the other one,(Mataki) pronounced (Mah-Tock-Kee)!! Cannot wait to see which one you choose looking forward to more videos thank you so much for these. I have been to Mount Kilimanjaro Tanzania on Safari for six weeks. If you have not named them yet a few names Njeri (Warrior) Jabari (Brave) Sadiki (Faithful-Loyal) Tumaini (Hope). These young guns are mighty warriors and I hope they succeed. Keep up they good work, I have learnt so much since you guys have been doing this.

Love these videos, the dominant Tintswalo male is son of the mighty Skorro male! I think SnipTail is a good name for this guy, but his brother and the Nharu should get a better name, maybe something in Shangaan?
i think they could name the Nharu male zamani, it means old in swahili, since hes older then the 3 Mbiri males

Please Tintswalo Males are parented by which Pride & Coalition? It seems the Nharu Male may have been treated better among the Tumbela Coalition, which is now down to a solo male.

Have the Tintswalo boys run into any conflicts with older males? I wonder if maybe they haven't suffered a casualty as a result of a run in with a older male or coalition.

Honestly, the provisonal names distinguishing them Snip/short Tail, Long Mane, Nharu Male, Short Mane are jsut fine, despite they might grew out of them later (in the case of younger male). The dominant one also has a distinctive mohawk, but you already called him what he really is, a chief, just use it as a name with capital C, Chief. Appearance and demeanor fits and even if the hierarcha would reshuffle later, the name would still serve him well.
For gods sakes dont recycle another famous lions name like snip tail or mohawk . Give them something original it isnt rocket science. They all deserve thier own legacy !
About 10 months ago a lioness Magnara left a pride with 9 cubs,that a pride take over was happening. Her sister caught up to her and 2 male lions was also following her. Magnara was hurt by some branches when she was on a hunt. Her sister found them and took care of them, but where are they. I believe they was with shamook or shamook? I'm not sure. I really want to know what happened to them.

no his father was i think the Scorro or Sizanani male of the Thanda Impi coalition, or i may be wrong it could be the, i sauy it may be the scorro male
It is complicated but most likely Red Road is an older halfbrother to all Tintswalo, sired by Skorro before he joined up with Sizanani and they, as Thanda Impi, sired cubs in Mbiri and Nharu prides, all 4 Tintswalos among them.

Call the short tail male, MKIA... means tail in Swahili. Naru male can be Wanaru or Mnaru meaning "from the Naru" ...

If that lion does not find his brothers, it is only for two reasons: either he does not want to or cannot because he has been seriously injured or killed. There's no more.
And the first one is highly unlikely.
It's not uncommon for lions to become separated after a fight . Not sure why . But sometimes it works out !

I don't think that is very common. If he has not been seriously injured or killed, he would quickly find his bros (or call them to let them know where he is). If lions separate after fights, it is only because their injuries prevent them from moving properly. But I think that is when they most need to be together in case the enemies return.
Except they have lost the battle and are in stealth mode on.
@@aristotels_aristotals agreed that is why I dont understand these separations . As they would be very vulnerable alone . But I suspect it maybe the nature of the fight . That maybe they chase in different directions and take beatings . I know a intense resting period is required afterward . And maybe this is why it happens . The healthier brother moves back to watch over the pride ,while injured bro hunkers down and recovers as best he can for several days . Before heading back ? Peace be safe !

@@salmanbinahmed8253 3 Tumbelas are Nharu Tintswalo's brothers from the same pride, Nharu, 2 more brothers disappeared in Kruger, Nharu Tintswalo got lost when he was around 2 years old and got accepted into Mbiri pride. The other 3 Tintswalos were born there in Mbiri and are bit younger than him. All those share the same 2 fathers. Just Tintswalos from Mbiri (including the Nharu male of the coalition) got lucky and found a avoid left by perished Orpen males, while 5 Nharu males went nomadic and 3 of them re-emerged in Sabi Sands where they are now dominant over Othawa pride in western sector.

@@salmanbinahmed8253 Yes and the Nharu male of Tintswalo would be the sixth if he stayed with them in Nharu pride. Ofc we don't know for sure the two lost brothers are dead, their destiny afaik is uknown, but it is likely we won't see them again.
