Hi and thank you for your reaction. There are no backup singers It's all IU, she does this often she records the chorus and then in the final result all is mixed. When performed live she (in many cases) does use her backup singers who have been with her for a long time now. Like said in the comments this was released first on the tv series "the producers" but it is part of the Chat shire album. this song went to the top almost immediately but did not achieved perfect all kill. Would you believe this song was broadcasted over the border first in 2015 and later on 2016, during standoff between both Koreas. The ministry of defense gave a press conference and mentioned the broadcast of IU's songs, so presumably more than one of IU's songs were used to that purpose. It gives you a perspective about her influence when you thought you knew just how important IU is in korea.

A bit correction, in each night of golden hour, there were 44.000 fans, means its abt 85 k in 2 nights 😅 (not 100 k) But still, its a record for female soloist, and its a very difficult thing to do in modern kpop/ kmusic.
As everyone are saying in the comments, among her self-written songs, IU have a really special fondness for Heart. I think it has something to do with her state of mind when she wrote it - the lyrics, the message, it all came sincerely from her heart dedicated to Uaena. Edit: did you notice IU showing her left ring finger during Golden Hour encore? She was showing her Uaena couple ring engraved with a soundwave symbol, which means: “Violets, I am always on your side”. IU also calls her fans Violets because she feels that her fans resemble this flower - "at first glance, it might look weak but it silently shines from within, tiny but always resilient."
