      Argh I forgot to thank you so sorry Leo. You’ve been there since the beginning. I’m such a jerk. Indeed, a sniper two might be a nice upgrade, but honestly, this car is running great. Fires right up never gives me any trouble.

    • @MattsGarage
      @MattsGarage  5 месяцев назад +1

      Hi Chris. Well I was going to do some selective upgrades to the 1950 pickup for my dad but my Silverado’s transmission is toast so that is going to take priority.

    Congraulations, Matt! It came out great. I love the lift mechanism for the top. I am going to have to copy that. Any hints about what project you'll be starting for season 11?

    • @MattsGarage
      @MattsGarage  5 месяцев назад

      Well I was going to dive into some upgrades for the 1950 Chevy 5-window but just found out my 2018 Chevy pickup's transmission is toast. Dealership want's $7,700 for an R&R. I'm thinking I can buy a lot of tools and parts for $7,700. Considering tackling it myself.

    Great Job, don’t put yourself down on the paint, it really looks great, is that ole truck next on the rebuild, hope so, would miss not catching your videos

    • @MattsGarage

      Hi Matt. Thanks for the kind works. Yup the old truck was supposed to be next but just found out my 2018 Silverado tranmission is failing so I'll need to do that first.

  • @pierpalicious

    Dude Matt this thing is a stunner. And i call BS when you say you didn't do it the right way, and I call BS that i did it the right way. In fact I did my paint wrong twice and gave up and paid the pros. haha. I claim right of first refusal if you want to sell this thing, but I probably can't afford it. :)
    Also, in your last video you said you were unsure if you'd enjoy driving it.... sooo...... do you enjoy driving it? a guy who claimed the right of first refusal would like to know!

      hmmmm. Maybe Dave. Need to find a candidate. I don't know though. I think I want something with just one axle.
