Safe Haven *50 BPM 🎧 Brain Hemisphere Stimulation Bilateral Music | For Anxiety, Stress, PTSD | EMDR

- Опубликовано: 28 мар 2023
- This three-hour session of bilateral-stimulation music is slow paced (50 BPM) and synth heavy. This session is designed for deep relaxation. The video starts with a relaxing sunset and fades to dark screen after a few minutes.
Bilateral stimulation is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
d(-_-)b Remember to wear headphones while listening to get the full effect of bilateral stimulation!

I never put ads in the middle of a video. I want you to be able to fully immerse yourself in a session without distractions. However, there are ads at the beginning and end. I sometimes try to leave a bit of space at the end so the ads aren't too surprising.

Just what my soul needs today! As a trained EMDR therapist, I can personally and professionally attest to the life-changing benefits, the healing that bilateral-stimulation can help provide to people. Thank you for producing this kind of music! I tell my clients about your channel all the time.
Hey Jonathan! This comment made my day. Thank you for the kind words and for sharing the channel with your clients. I'm always happy and inspired to hear it's doing some good. Let me know if you or your clients have any special requests for upcoming videos
As a professional, how many times per day and how long for each session do you recommend for daily basis routine?
The world needs a ton of GOOD therapists. Bring us more gifted mentors Universe!
I have my favorite videos of yours that I use for therapy. This one randomly popped up and I will add it to my list of favorites. The beat is loud enough to be discerned when the music is low and the beats per minute are very calming for me. Thank you for the music you provide.
I'm using this for K sessions. Incredibly good!
Thank you for this wondrous creation! 💙🦋💙
thank you
Thank you for the kind comments and appreciation. It means a lot
@@DestinedDynamics I have been listening to Bilateral White-Noise Ocean & 5Hz Theta Wave every day. It is extremely relaxing. I am, in fact, listening to it right now. Again, thank you

I'm so glad to hear the channel is helping. Thanks for the nice comment! I appreciate it : )
I am a client of hypnotherapy and it's helping me tremendously! Thank you❤
This is wonderful! Thank you!
Wow, sooo good, love it❤
I love this and find it so very relaxing. My question for you is should I be sleeping with this? I find myself falling asleep immediately when I play this music and I wake up when it turns off. I do have a mild TBI and sleep sometimes is an issue but I didn’t know if it was ok to actually listen to this for a time period of 6-8 hours? I’ve done it for several days but I just want to make sure to rest my brain as well. Thanks in advance for your advice.
My trauma therapist actually suggested letting it play when I get ready to sleep if that helps.
Lovely !!!
WOMP WOMP WOMP 😍😍😍
WOW
Hi, i am a big fan and i was wondering if i can use snippets of your creations for a new project of mine? (i couldnt find a mail) i have worked with Neuroscience for a number of years now, through my work with handicapped people.
Without giving to much away in the open yet, i can send you what im working on when i finish some.
Thank you again for this.
Hey! Thanks for reaching out. You can find my email address under the "About" page on my RUclips channel. I send people there instead of posting it in the comments to avoid spam. I'd love to hear more about what you're doing. Send me an email
Should I hear it with headphones?
Yes, because it stimulates each side of your brain when you do. If you don’t use headphones you won’t feel the full benefits.
Definitely
How much should i listen daily?
Dental anxiety. Today, I have a tool to help me through.
