Thank you for helping me get back to center so I can be an employee, mother, friend and wife! I battle Complex PTSD and Dissociative Disorder. Without being able to function because I’m in fight or flight, I couldn’t work or be the person my Creator alway made me to be. My deepest gratitude 🙏
I'm so glad this could help! What an inspiring comment. Thank you
Sending you positive thoughts 🕊️
I'm in the same situation.. I'm still working on that system fly or fight.,but I can't anymore.. I feel like I'm collapsing. I need a miracle to pull me over the edge. I am exhausted and I hope Lord will have mercy on me 🙏 and that I can integrate into work and have a better relationship with my loved ones🥹
love this music an feel it will help you to release sorrow and stop worrying. Find ways to breath better, relax more and have fun in life doing the things you love. Love sleeping and waking up everyday with a smile. The future is bright and beautiful. Love Life and feel free and happy. You can do it. Dream, Talk and think forward, Plan, Create and Change Life now.
😀🌎😀 Someday you will see you can be who you wanted to be. 🎵
Thanks for the relaxing material! The melody sounded so familiar to me and I finally figured it out-sounds like Falling in Love at a Coffee Shop by Landon Pigg, in case anyone else was having some musical time travel to 2009 in their brain
Here's a ten hour version for anyone interested:

Thank you. Just started doing EMDR and these videos are so helpful.
Very beautiful, I love the piano, and the ocean video!
Thanks Mariah! I'm glad you like it
BLESSINGS! It is a Gift
I'm able to drop into my body so much more with this soothing soundtrack.
I'm so glad it's helping : ) thank you
I started immediately crying and I dunno why. Like I’m SOBBING maybe 30 seconds in.
Same 😭
i mean...crying is a stress reliever. I don't know what's going on in your day to day life, but maybe you were just really stressed.
That means it's working! EMDR has been helping me unfreeze stuck emotions. Hang in there :)
Me too…❤
This is soothing my counselor told me about it thank u 👏👏

I"m a newbie and want to give this a try...is it ok to listen while driving? drivig is an anxiety for me.....i will be on the road for 2-4 hours....would this be helpful...i started listening to piano and flute music driving due to the severe stress i've accumulated the past couple years.
❤️💖❤️
Wondering if this selection is on Spotify and if so, where?

Helps me fall asleep until the ad at the end startles me wide awake again. I guess if you’re only trying to nap that might be useful but listening in bed at night drifting off to sleep only to be rudely awaken an hour later sucks.
If you'd like I can make a dark screen version of this that's somewhere around 8 hours long
@@DestinedDynamics that would be amazing!
Here you go! I made it 10 hours in case you sleep in. Enjoy : )

@@DestinedDynamics that was very nice of you thank you for making this version
@@FTW54 No problem! : )
While listening what are you saying to yourself? What should I be saying to myself to process traumas?
I’ve been bringing up a trauma then rethinking about it in a less harmful manner. Is there more I can do while listening ?
I have the same question
Wondering the same thing
Why do I sometimes feel that it's really relaxing and sometimes Ann feels that she's working weak? Even after an hour of hearing there are full of thoughts ... what does that mean?
Hello! Thanks for stopping by and listening.
I always recommend talking with a professional therapist about your specific situation. Everyone has a unique and complex situation. An individualized professional is going to help you understand why you're feeling that way, what treatments are best, and how to safely navigate through those treatments. If you would like to learn more about bilateral stimulation and EMDR then I would recommend reaching out to an EMDR trained therapist.
I'll paste this same reply to the other vids you posted this comment in case someone has a similar question. I know that's probably not the easy answer you might have been looking for, but I'm confident it's the most accurate.
Sorry for the lengthy reply! Thanks for the comments : )
@@DestinedDynamics The therapists want me to come to them and it can take a lot of years and I do not have the time and money for it if there was a workshop for self-work without the need for a therapist it would be great. I am interested in self-care and am not afraid of the consequences ...TNX
I farted upside-down in an elevator today.
soothing, but same song over and over
This is no bilaterale music
Maravilloso Gracias 😊
